@PiCoreTeam I've been mining for 5 years. My KYC was green approved. I've been working as a KYC validator for 2 years. Now my own KYC system has turned orange. There's an additional security check warning. What an inconsistency; then the KYCs I approved should also be considered invalid 🤷‍♂️

If you follow my stuff, these features might sound familiar. There’s a good reason for that, and it’s worth knowing. So what does it do? It improves how the network handles delays in transaction data, it lets developers upgrade whole groups of smart contracts at once, and it lets them change stored data more safely as their apps evolve. If you saw my Stellar video, that’s the exact same upgrade Stellar just did. That’s not a coincidence. $PI is actually built on Stellar’s technology. So when $XLM ships a protocol upgrade, Pi inherits the same one. That’s why they line up. As for the timing, node operators need to upgrade by October 13th, and Pi’s planning to bring it to the mainnet on October 16th. Nothing dramatic. Just Pi keeping pace with the tech it’s built on.
