It is time for the CT to provide clarifications, real actions and to be frank with the pioneers about where they are going in a straightforward manner, because if the policy of blackout continues, suspicion will increase and many pioneers will leave the project

I need honesty from Pi Network founder! The sell-off of Pi coins from the pioneers is that they are skeptical and do not believe in the future plan of Pi Network. There are many unresolved bugs for those who have passed KYC but they are stuck at step 9.

🌍Step by Step, We Are Defining Our Path To all GCV Ambassadors, community leaders, merchants, and dedicated pioneers—this message is for you. Recently, some pioneers asked: “Why hasn’t Pi Network become a stablecoin?” This question is even more relevant now that the U.S. Senate passed the Genius Bill, and President Trump has signed it into law. Yes, this marks progress in cryptocurrency regulation. But let’s be clear: stablecoins still belong to the fiat world. They are simply digital reflections of old money systems—backed by USD or U.S. Treasury bonds. They are “crypto” married to Fiat. Nothing revolutionary. Nothing decentralized. From Genius Bill, I think algorithmic stablecoins have been rejected, learning hard lessons from the Luna and UST collapse because no market confidence. Pi Network is Not a Stablecoin—It’s a New Beginning From my perspective, Pi is not trying to replicate the financial systems we’re trying to move beyond. We will not use USD or US bonds as collateral. Instead, Pi is building something new—from the grassroots level. It is powered by people. By real usage. By trust. By merchants and pioneers exchanging real value in real life. We are walking our path. Not fast. Not flashy. But purposeful. Change doesn’t come overnight. It comes step by step, shaped by community, utility, and adoption. Focus on What Matters: Adoption, Utility, and Real Value Let’s not get distracted by daily price speculation. Price is not value. It’s just a number based on supply and demand. But value? That comes from usage. If pioneers are using Pi, and merchants are accepting Pi, we are creating real utility—real decentralized digital currency. And that’s what will eventually lead governments to recognize Pi—not because it was traded, but because it was used. Right now, millions of pioneers are still migrating. Recently, fewer than 10 million Pi coins were unlocked. Meanwhile, more utility DApps are being created, more merchants are accepting Pi, and demand is quietly building. This is how price will increase organically—through usage to increase Pi demand, not speculation. In fact, in the future, Pi may fix its value in code—especially once Open Mainnet is fully launched. As per the white paper algorithm will use blockchain data to decide the Pi Network progress. So we are still using partial Pi to create huge GCV data every day. That stability could allow DApps and ecosystems to flourish fairly. Imagine a world where Pi and Fiat conversion happens in a decentralized Pi-based DApp, like a digital bank—not on traditional crypto markets. What About the Current Price? Yes, prices like $0.45 may disappoint some. But think deeply: Are we here for quick small gains? Or for long-term transformation of your destiny, and the worldwide economy and finance? But we are not just waiting—we are building. Go look at the real Pi Mall. Some pioneers are already listing items like air conditioners for 5,000 Pi. That’s real-world utility. Even though the mall adopts a low Pi value, it is a real utility Value. Before implementing the Pi value code, the DApps Pi value will be based on the exchange market's price. This is a temporary not a final fixed Pi value. After OM, the mining speed will drop. New pioneers may only earn less than 1 Pi per year. Will new people still be motivated to join, knowing they can only earn 1 Pi annually? We must think bigger. We must think beyond ourselves. There are still over 8 billion people in the world without Pi. If you believe your future Pi holdings will make you too rich—give back. You can donate to the government. You can support the poor. You can build schools, fund hospitals, or empower communities. I share these thoughts because I believe deeply in the vision of Pi. Let’s study, educate, and share accurate information across all our groups and social platforms. Let’s lead by example. Let’s build the future together. The power is returning to the people. TOPIC #88: LET'S TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION! Dear Global Pioneers, I have been very busy with my tax work, as it is currently the US tax season, which is a particularly hectic time for tax professionals. Although I am still at work, I want to ensure that all pioneers feel reassured and informed. Here’s a short summary of the current situation. This morning, I gave a speech to the Chinese community, and I am sharing a summary of that speech to help everyone better understand our current standing. After more than two years of hard work, we have successfully established a Pi value as GCV of $314,159 based on over five million of GCV data. Following the launch of the Open Network on February 20, 2025, previous policies will no longer apply during this open network period. It's important to note that the blockchain record of GCV is less significant than the exchange market price of Pi right now, as the GCV is already embedded in the code. And if we cannot get Pi price fixed at GCV, all ecosystem cannot afford full Pi payment. ( no matter what kind of Pi value) Our enclosed mainnet is designed to generate GCV for our internal community. However, we are now shifting our focus outward to establish a market price for Pi for external users. This step is crucial for the global acceptance of Pi as a stablecoin for payment. Currently, the price of Pi on the exchange market poses challenges in signing up merchants for MapofPi. Although we are still conducting small item barter transactions with partial Pi payments for GCV, our priority has shifted toward the external market. We aim to buy back low price Pi from the exchange market and increase Pi's influence. The PCT strategy aligns with our GCV CT: to increase the demand for Pi. Our goal is to regain control over Pi's price. GCV pioneers work so hard to buy back Pi, and the PCT uses domain name auctions to buy back current low price Pi to the Pi pool for future miners. It is vital for pioneers to unite in this effort. Please promote the Pi Network domain name auction on all social media platforms to attract companies, organizations, and individuals to bid on Pi domain names. They must purchase Pi from the exchange market and set up an auction wallet to facilitate the transfer of balances from the exchange to the auction wallet. The PCT will announce how to create this wallet soon. Currently, there are only five exchange markets available on KYB for almost a month since the Open Network launched on February 20, 2025. The announcement for the domain name auction, along with the auction wallet, has occurred on March 14, 2025. This demonstrates the importance of the exchange market is the primary task. Only when price setup, we can move forward to ecosystem. Many pioneers assume that 100 Dapps will stabilize the price, which is a misunderstanding. Without price stability and a Fiat conversion channel, merchants will hesitate to accept Pi as payment. Before asking others to do so, we must evaluate the situation ourselves. If you are a merchant, would you confidently accept Pi as payment if its price is unstable? All businesses have a responsibility such as: the wages to employees, taxes to government, rental to the landlord, materials to suppliers. So our pioneers should create a safe business environment for all ecosystems. Our goal is to ensure they have a stable and healthy business environment. We are pioneers, and it is our responsibility to remove any obstacles that the PCT cannot handle. This is our pioneers task. Our current work should focus on advocating for the auction of domain names on all social media and educating them on how to participate. Before the auction wallet opens, they can purchase Pi on the exchange market while the price is low. Please do not panic about the low Pi price; this actually presents a good opportunity for us to buy at this level. We should take advantage of the low price. The current Pi price does not reflect its true value. Additionally, please do not use GCV to judge whether the auction price is high. Everything we are doing now is to help GCV code implementation, and until it is fully established, We need strategy to reach our goal. we should not view auction price as expensive. What we truly need is high demand for Pi, and a lower price allows for quicker buybacks and increased utilization. Wisdom is essential in this situation. On the other hand, we should appreciate those providing Pi at low prices, as this enables many pioneers and outside companies and investors to purchase larger amounts. This process helps PCT to buy back Pi to reduce its supply in the market by auctions, allowing our GCV pioneers to regain control over pricing. Once the supply of low-priced Pi is exhausted, we can control the Pi price to GCV. Currently, the low-priced supply of Pi is beneficial for attracting more external users. Pi Network needs more external users! It is similar to Chinese Tai Chi to "take advantage of the situation," and just like in yoga, we should let go of all resistance and "let nature take its course." All victory comes from within ourselves as we conquer our own desires and anxieties. We should focus on building a strong foundation instead of expecting success to simply drop from the sky. Thank you for your dedication and support! Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷

🌍 Why Pi Migration Cannot Be Halted — We’re Building a New Economy Some Pioneers may wonder: Why doesn’t the Pi CT stop migration when the current price is low? The answer is simple and powerful: Migration is necessary — for Pioneers, the ecosystem, and the global adoption of Pi. Without migration: Most Pioneers cannot use their Pi. Merchants cannot accept Pi in transactions widely New users and external buyers have no path to join. In short, migration is the bridge between vision and reality. 🔄 Controlled Migration Is Strategic — Not a Mistake Yes, CT is moving cautiously. Migration is happening in phases, with restrictions to avoid flooding the market. But it’s not being halted — because they know how important it is for Pi’s real-world use and future value. The current low price of Pi is part of a bigger plan. It is a temporary phase designed to: Let the ecosystem grow Protect against manipulation from large holders or institutions. We must think of this process like a mother giving birth — it comes with pain and discomfort, but ultimately brings life and joy. What’s being born now is a brand-new digital economy, built by and for Pioneers. 🎯 Our Goal Is GCV Adoption — Not Just Price Increase The mission of the GCV Movement is not to pump Pi’s price overnight, but to help the community: Understand what GCV truly means, Use Pi in real transactions, Build and grow a vibrant ecosystem. Yes, price matters, especially for merchant confidence. A stable, steadily rising price — based on real usage — gives businesses more trust to accept Pi in its current massive adoption stages. But value must come from utility, not speculation. The value should be fixed when fully OM. When more people believe in GCV and use Pi in daily life: More merchants accept it, More transactions happen, Demand grows, Value increases naturally. This is how we build the foundation of a trusted digital currency — from the ground up, with the power of the people. 💰 Supporting Pi's Economy: Venture Fund & DApp Banks The Pi Core Team’s $100 million venture fund is a major step forward. It will: Support developers, Encourage innovation, Fund apps and businesses that accept Pi. We can also imagine future DApps that act like Pi-Fiat banks, helping users exchange currencies when needed. These systems can support GCV-based pricing, especially when demand is high. As long as enough people use Pi and the ecosystem is healthy, the “bank” can balance risks and keep transactions stable. At that point, GCV won’t be a risk — it will be a reliable standard of purchasing power. 🐚 GCV Is Trust, Just Like Ancient Money -Shell Remember: currency is just a tool. In ancient times, people used shells 🐚 as money — because they agreed it had value. GCV works the same way. If Pioneers and merchants agree to accept Pi at a consensus value, that value becomes real. It doesn’t require Wall Street or big investors. It only requires trust, usage, and unity. This is why building industry alliances is so important. When Pi becomes usable in retail, services, travel, health, food, and more, the ecosystem will no longer rely on fiat. Instead, Pi becomes a self-sustaining economy. ⚖️ Migration = Balance, Not Restriction CT isn’t trying to stop Pioneers from selling. They’re trying to balance the supply and demand so that the ecosystem can grow steadily. The key is to allow enough Pi to migrate to support business and usage — but not so much that it crashes the price. As a community, our job is to: Create demand by using Pi, Educate others about GCV, Support ecosystem apps and businesses, And most of all, believe in the vision. 🔥 Final Thoughts: The Newborn Economy Is in Our Hands We are not just Pi holders. We are builders of a new world economy. Let’s not get distracted by short-term price. Instead, let’s focus on: GCV adoption, Real-world usage, Expanding the ecosystem. Migration must continue. Usage must rise. Trust must deepen. Doris Yin 🪷 🪷🪷

Dear Global Pioneers, I hope this message finds you well. Over the past few days, I’ve been deeply engaged with work and haven’t had many opportunities to share updates. Today, I want to take a moment to highlight our current priorities and the direction we must take moving forward. Our core focus now must be educating and rebuilding confidence among pioneers in the Pi Network. This is not just about awareness—it’s about laying a solid foundation for the long-term success of both Pi and our shared GCV. I understand that many of you are eager to access and use your Pi as soon as possible. But I encourage you to pause and reflect: After years of mining, is it truly worthwhile to sell your Pi for a few hundred or even a few thousand dollars? What happens after the money is gone? Who will support you during unexpected financial hardships? Consider the many people who once had stable incomes but eventually fell into poverty due to job loss or medical issues. If you sell all your Pi now, what will you have left when your family needs you most? This is why we must take action—not through monetary investment or years of uncertainty, but through unity and education. If 10 million pioneers each share the GCV message with just 5 to 10 a day across social platforms, we could rapidly shift awareness and perception. We can easily have 30 million pioneers with long-term vision. At present, the road to a successful OM is blocked by a lack of consensus. Many pioneers are focused only on short-term profits, unaware of the true potential of Pi. Despite the existence of 25+ DApps on the Mainnet, there is still no unified price, and most merchants value Pi at just a few dollars—some even less—due to the price on exchanges hovering around $0.50. This trend is damaging. The continued price decline stems from pioneers treating Pi solely as a free commodity to sell without a low bottom line. The rush for KYC, migrations, and speculative trading only accelerates this downward pressure. Recently, the migration of 30 million Pi in one day caused a $0.12 price drop. Some analysts believe that if this continues unchecked, Pi could fall to $0.12. With over 330 million Pi scheduled to be released from long-term lockups, and most pioneers holding large amounts, the influx to the market will further strain the price. At the same time, much of the messaging surrounding Pi focuses only on the technical milestones, leading many to believe that technology alone guarantees success. This is a dangerous misconception. Now, more than ever, we need to rally together. If we truly want to protect our lifestyle, income, and future, we must embrace the GCV movement and advocate for our shared vision. The CT has deliberately left space for us to lead this initiative. It’s our turn to step up. If we remain silent, the vision behind Pi will fade. But if we rise, speak, and educate, we can transform Pi into a tool for lasting global impact—not just another cryptocurrency. Let’s unite and shape our future—together. Sincerely, Doris Yin 🪷 🪷🪷

Announcing the 2025 Hackathon & GCV Update Happy Saturday, Global Pioneers and Global GCV Ambassadors! This is Doris Yin from Toronto, Canada. How are you doing? I hope everything is going well. Today, I want to share the Core Team announcement about the 2025 Hackathon. The prizes are: First prize: 75,000 Pi Second prize: 45,000 Pi Third prize: 15,000 Pi I know some of you may feel discouraged about GCV because CT uses exchange price for prize. , but there’s no need to worry. Let me explain why. This does not mean GCV has failed, nor does it mean the Core Team supports a low Pi value. As I mentioned before, we have two methods, two paths to strengthen GCV. The first path is offline GCV. This is very important. We still need to implement partial Pi payments at GCV offline, and more merchants are joining in. They appreciate it because it helps local businesses grow. This is already happening in countries like China, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and India. We can also observe more GCV data being recorded on the blockchain, which is essential to OM fix Pi value. Instead of the Pi value coming from the exchange market, it comes from the community-driven process. You can see this reflected in the blockchain records. Our social media, groups, communities, and education efforts help pioneers recognize and acknowledge the Pi value and GCV. However, we also need online utilities and DApps. This will increase actual usage of Pi after the Open Mainnet. So we have two parts: 1. Value confirmation: We must continue building and creating more GCV data. 2. DApps and utilities usage: We need higher-quality DApps widely usage to guarantee and protect GCV. Currently, DApps are limited and mostly from pioneers, not professionals. We need good-quality DApps. If the Core Team were to simply give a prize of one Pi, it wouldn’t motivate developers—especially top developers inside and outside the community. To truly motivate them, we must use the exchange market price to attract the highest-level developers. For example, the first prize of 75,000 Pi is roughly 20,000–30,000 USD. That’s a meaningful incentive now, and in the future, it could be even higher. Developers can also see the future value of Pi, not just the current 30 cents, which encourages high-quality development. As we develop more, it supports the full realization of GCV. Offline partial Pi payments, partial fiat payments, and industrial alliances in different countries attract more participants. Online, using exchange market price to increase demand and reduce Pi selling pressure, helping to keep the price steadily increasing. When pioneers spend Pi on items, it reduces the circulating supply, creating scarcity, which is positive for the Pi Network and GCV. Some anti-GCV voices laugh and say “GCV has failed,” but they laughed too early because the CT strategy is helping GCV. Even these early critics help GCV by increasing awareness and adoption. I will also write articles to explain this further for everyone. Regarding the Core Team: it wouldn’t make sense for them to target only 30 cents. Their goal is GCV because any project owner wants their product or service to be meaningful and valuable. A higher Pi value is good for the ecosystem. GCV can support the Pi Network long-term, possibly 100 years or even 1,000 years. We don’t have hundreds of billions of Pi in circulation—currently, only about 2 billion exist. When fully released, it will take time, and the value will continue to grow. I hope everyone understands. Happy Saturday! Enjoy your day, keep working, and help the community. I also hope our GCV Ambassadors actively participate in the 2025 Hackathon. Thank you, and goodbye for now! Doris Yin 🪷 🪷🪷 Founder, Global GCV Movement August 16th, 2025

TOPIC #106: What Is a “Free Market”? Clarifying the Misconceptions in the Pi Ecosystem I’ve noticed a narrative spreading within parts of the Pi Network community: the idea that Pi’s value in Dapps or ecosystem should fluctuate freely with the exchange market, and that this is what defines a “free market.” They use this "free market" to deny GCV. Let me be clear: this misconception is not only misleading, but it threatens the foundation of the Pi ecosystem we’ve worked so hard to build. It’s time to clarify the truth, not only for our pioneers today but for the economic legacy we’re building for generations to come. What Is a Free Market Really? According to Britannica, a free market is an economic system characterized by minimal government intervention, where prices are determined by the interplay of supply and demand. But even Britannica admits: > “The free market represents a benchmark that does not actually exist… Modern societies only approach this ideal along a spectrum.” — value in relation to In short, a 100% free market is a myth. Every successful economy has rules and frameworks to maintain stability. Without these, markets descend into chaos, not freedom. In Pi Network, “free market” cannot mean price anarchy. And “decentralization” does not mean “do whatever you want.” Let’s break this down: What Pi Network Decentralization Actually Means Pi Network’s decentralization is built on the Stellar Consensus Protocol (SCP) and reflects a healthy distribution of power and particip, ation — not a lack of structure. Key principles of Pi's decentralization: No Single Point of Control No central entity dominates the network. User Participation Pioneers validate transactions and contribute to governance. Resilience The network can survive attacks or failures due to its distributed nature. Censorship Resistance It’s harder for one party to silence or manipulate the system. None of this means that Pi's value can operate in a free market. Any currency must have a fixed value; this is a fundamental concept in economics. Have you ever seen the values of currencies like the USD, CAD, or RMB fluctuate freely based on individual opinions? On the contrary, a fixed value emphasizes the need to protect the economy we are building together. The community-driven GCV illustrates that the value of Pi should derive from its pioneers and merchants, demonstrating the spirit of decentralization. It should not depend on PCT, any government, large corporations, or investors. Furthermore, this structure ensures that no entity can shut down the Pi Network once it becomes fully decentralized, which I believe will occur when it is fully operational and mature. The Danger of Currency Risk: Why Price or Value Chaos Is Destructive In global finance, currency risk refers to the potential loss of value resulting from unstable exchange rates. As the Corporate Finance Institute explains: > “Currency risk refers to the exposure faced by investors or companies operating across different countries due to changes in the value of one currency versus another.” Let’s apply this to Pi. Imagine a Pi Network Dapp marketplace mall merchant collecting a large amount of 10,000 Pi after the Open Mainnet (OM). Customers pay with Pi, but at a value $1. The merchants must know the Pi value because they need to calculate the FIAT cost. Then, when the merchant tries to use that Pi to buy a car, only to be told the accepted rate is $0.1 for one Pi, the merchant total Then, when the merchant tries to use that Pi to buy a car, only to be told the accepted rate is $0.1 for one Pi, the merchant has a total of 10,000 Pi, which is only $1,000, but the cost of investing in products is $9,000 (Sales $10,000 with $1,000 as profit). That’s a massive loss for the merchant $8,000. If you were the merchant, would you feel it was unfair? Will you still support "free market"? Now, imagine the exchange market drops Pi to $0.40. You will lose $5,000. Would you still want to run your business in Pi? Likely not. And neither would other developers or merchants. Unstable value leads to fear. Fear leads to exit. Exit leads to collapse. This is why we must support Global Consensus Value (GCV) — to ensure a unified, trusted economy. Why GCV Exists — and Why $314,159 Matters GCV is not a fantasy. It’s an economic strategy. It functions much like the gold standard once did: England pioneered it. The U.S. adopted it under the Bretton Woods system, fixing the dollar to gold at $35/oz. This standard enabled global trade and trust until 1971. If the free market can work, why did the US adopt the Bretton Woods system at that time to fix the USD's rate with gold? Because if they didn't promise a fixed rate, no country would give its gold to the US. The gold is trust! Here in Pi Network, GCV is a trust! Pi’s GCV of $314,159 per Pi is not random. It’s based on utility, scarcity, and long-term vision. It reflects Pi’s potential as a foundational currency for a real digital economy. Misusing “Free Market” Is Cheating to Ignorant Pioneers Let’s be blunt. Some individuals abuse the term “free market” to justify undervaluing Pi for personal short-term gain, hoarding more Pi, and undermining long-term stability. However, a true economy isn’t built on confusion. Consider the Cayman Islands — a country with no income tax — yet it only accepts USD for settlement. Why? Because multiple currencies lead to confusion, which undermines investor trust. If Pi has no unified value, we will lose merchants, DApps, developers, and the entire vision, except that they just come to hoard Pi, not for the long-term economy, or they really don't understand the economy. The Way Forward: Unity, Strategy, and Patience Here’s how we build the future together for the following strategies before fully OM Strategy #1: Offline Partial GCV Adoption -Fix Pi Value at GCV in Ecosystem for OM GCV Ambassadors around the world are guiding merchants to accept partial GCV, benefiting both sides: Pioneers buy low-cost goods. Merchants enjoy more sales and earn a small profit in FIAT. The ecosystem produces GCV transaction data, creating the real basis for Pi’s future fixed value at OM. Strategy # 2: Online DApps with Utility — at Any Value to Increase Exchange Pi price for OM We support ALL DApps — regardless of the Pi value they use ($1, $100, or floating): As long as the pioneers and merchants are satisfied. As long as real usage is created. As long as the utility grows. As long as more good-quality Dapps are created It will protect and attract more merchants and developers, driving up Pi demand while reducing supply and organically pushing Pi’s market price toward GCV. Strategy #3: Build up GCV Infrastructure The Head of GCV Ambassador builds up your countrywide GCV infrastructure in all provinces, cities, counties, and villages. Strategy #4: Education and Protection of Pi Network Mission and GCV GCV Education Ambassadors: Educate pioneers to HOLD Pi and support GCV usage. GCV Army: Defend GCV and Pi Network on social media, building public trust and global participation. Online Non-GCV pioneers and merchants, or DApp owners, can still enjoy DApps, even if they use low Pi values. They are reducing selling pressure and strengthening the Pi economy. It is said that a person's wealth is closely linked to their knowledge, cognitive abilities, and moral character. We respect and appreciate all DApp owners, merchants, service providers, and pioneers, regardless of whether they share our beliefs in GCV. We are currently in a chaotic period. Before fully transitioning to OM, pioneers, merchants, and DApps will undergo a screening process based on their own judgment and understanding. Those who strongly believe in GCV will become champions and accumulate substantial wealth. Conversely, those who do not believe in GCV may risk losing their wealth by abandoning Pi. This is because if you have a strong belief, you are more likely to hold onto your Pi. If you oppose GCV, it is often due to a lack of long-term confidence in Pi or a current need to accumulate more Pi. It's important to recognize that once you have accumulated enough Pi, you will want to support GCV because no one wishes to hold onto a worthless coin. This approach is fair to everyone. GCV is akin to Noah's Ark, carrying those who have a strong belief in GCV to safety on the mountains of Ararat. A fixed GCV: Attracts real investors Encourages developers and merchants Reduces currency risk Builds global trust and reputation Let’s stop spreading confusion. Let’s stop begging the old system. We are builders. We are visionaries. We are the future. Final Words Together, we build — not beg. Together, we lead, not mislead. Together, we protect Pi for a future that lasts not for years, but centuries. Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 July 20th, 2025

TOPIC #107: PI NETWORK IS A STABLE COIN? -WHO DECIDES PI FULLY OM FIXED VALUE? Dear GCV army, I hope you are all doing great! First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for all your hard work. Many of you have achieved significant milestones, and it’s evident that you are making a great difference. Our influence has grown significantly, with an increasing number of social media posts and YouTubers publicly supporting us. I can see that more and more people are beginning to understand why we advocate for GCV. Today's meeting aims to alleviate any doubts you may have, allowing you to relax and feel confident as we embark on our historic journey together. I will answer the questions I’ve received and address some important issues we need to focus on to maintain our community's efficiency, particularly regarding our Generals, which will be the topic next weekend. I put the questions I received here. "A question addressed to Ms. Doris Yin in the emergency meeting 1– In light of the rapidly changing global circumstances and the increasing discussion about stablecoins backed by U.S. Treasury bonds, how do you see the future role of the Pi Network in this context? And what practical steps should the GCV army take now to accelerate this path? 2_ There are those who promote the idea that the price of Pi is what appears in the market (currently around $0.49) and compare it to the price of GCV within the ecosystem (314,159 Pi = 1 good or service). They say if Pi’s price rises to $2, it means that the value within The ecosystem is approximately 2 million dollars. With sincere appreciation and discipline." This is from the Arab head of GCV Ambassador Mr. Mohammed. Another question: "Hello, my Global Ambassador, I am Ateba Joseph, Ecological Ambassador in Cameroon And a member of the GCV army, I am delighted to exchange with you. Regarding the meeting with the GCV army on Sunday, July 27, 2025.. Here is my concern: A few days ago, a correspondence indicated that Pi is not or is not yet a stable coin. Upon reading this information, we have provided many explanations to help the pioneers understand this. I hope you will focus more on this statement to further strengthen our understanding of the subject. Thank you for taking my concerns into consideration" Thank you for the above questions; my answers are below. The first question concerns stablecoins. Many pioneers are hoping that Pi can be recognized by the U.S. government as a stablecoin. I wrote an article on this in May. On July 18, 2025, President Trump signed the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for US Stablecoins Act (the GENIUS Act) into law. This legislation establishes a regulatory framework for payment stablecoins and marks the first federal legislation on digital assets enacted since President Trump issued an executive order aimed at making the U.S. the “crypto capital of the world.” U.S.-issued stablecoins are expected to become the primary means of dollar transactions globally, especially in emerging markets with unstable local currencies. The sponsors of the GENIUS Act estimate that by 2030, stablecoin issuers may collectively become the largest holders of U.S. Treasuries, surpassing foreign central banks. From this, we can see that U.S. stablecoins must maintain reserves backing outstanding payment stablecoins on a one-to-one basis, consisting only of specified assets, including U.S. dollars and short-term Treasury securities. It is clear that the Pi Network will not take this path, as it is not part of our plan. A stablecoin is essentially a digital representation of the U.S. dollar. All stablecoin issuers do not create a new currency; rather, it’s akin to purchasing chips at a casino – you must use U.S. dollars to buy those chips. However, Pi is a completely new currency. It does not need to be backed up by U.S. dollars or U.S. Treasuries to be used. If that were the case, we wouldn’t need to establish an ecosystem or have a three-year enclosed mainnet. I previously mentioned the possibility of Pi being an algorithmic stablecoin since only algorithmic stablecoins do not need to be backed by U.S. dollars. However, algorithmic stablecoins have faced significant failures in the past. The collapse of the Terra (LUNA) cryptocurrency resulted in a loss of at least $40 billion in market capitalization, with estimates reaching as high as $60 billion. TerraUSD (UST), an algorithmic stablecoin, lost its peg to the U.S. dollar, contributing to its overall collapse. The new stablecoin legislation recently passed through the Senate effectively ties the U.S. Treasury to crypto, as it essentially bets the government’s cash flow on digital tokens and market speculation. This legislation requires stablecoins to be backed by short-term Treasury bills, generating an estimated $2–$3 trillion in new demand for government debt, which is nearly half the current size of the T-bill market. On paper, this looks beneficial, but in reality, it creates a circular feedback loop: crypto demand fuels stablecoins, stablecoins buy T-bills, and T-bills fund government deficits. The government becomes reliant on speculative capital flows. Thus, we should understand why the U.S. government will not support the Pi Network as a stablecoin, as they require stablecoin issuers to buy T-bills and can no longer trust algorithmic stablecoins. So, what is the future of the Pi Network as a currency? From my perspective, Pi is already listed on exchange markets. It cannot be classified as a security because it is mined freely and is not an ICO. Instead, it should be categorized as a commodity, similar to Bitcoin and ETH. When a currency is listed for trading on an exchange, its price is determined by the balance of supply and demand. However, Pi is a currency in its own right; it has inherent value from Pi holders -Pioneers. Historically, currency has served as a medium of exchange. A medium of exchange is a widely accepted item for buying goods and services in an economy. It facilitates transactions by eliminating the need for a barter system, where goods are directly exchanged for other goods. In modern economies, money (such as currency) serves as the primary medium of exchange. **Functions of Money:** One of the core functions of money is to serve as a medium of exchange, enabling the smooth transfer of value between buyers and sellers, thereby simplifying trade and economic activity. **Examples:** In modern economies, this typically includes currency (paper money, coins) or digital money. In specific historical contexts, other items, such as cigarettes in prisoner-of-war camps, have also served as mediums of exchange. **Importance of Acceptance:** For a medium of exchange to function effectively, it must be widely accepted and trusted within the relevant community. **Not the Same as a Payment Method:** While credit cards and checks are used for payments, they do not serve as mediums of exchange themselves. Therefore, stablecoin is not a new currency. It is more likely to have a credit card or check character. It is a USD digital status. From the analysis presented, we can draw the following conclusions: The current price of Pi on the exchange market primarily serves as a temporary measure to facilitate broad expansion. While this is not our primary objective, it constitutes a strategic approach towards achieving our mission. To gain a clearer perspective, we must adopt a higher-level view of the overall vision for the Pi Network. The mission and vision of Pi Network clearly articulate that it is not intended to function as a commodity for sale, nor is it meant to be an investment vehicle or a speculative security. Instead, it is crucial to recognize that Pi is designed to be a medium of exchange—a new form of currency. As pioneers in this venture, we have the unique opportunity to acquire Pi through free mining. However, it is important to note that the current mining rate is relatively slow. To overcome this limitation and to further our goal of mass adoption, it is essential for more individuals to join the Pi Network and participate in holding Pi. One efficient way to accelerate this process is by allowing Pi to be traded on the exchange market, which can result in rapid and widespread adoption. Since Pi can be mined for free, a lower price could make it more accessible to a larger number of people. It's important to focus on our primary goal during this pre-full Open Mainnet (OM) phase: mass adoption, rather than aiming for high prices, which many pioneers expected. Some pioneers want to sell when the price increases, but if too many sell, it could undermine our goal of achieving mass adoption. This scenario is reminiscent of historical instances when shells served as currency—readily accessible from the sea or buy from the village market. For shells to function effectively as currency, a collective effort was needed to hold and circulate them within the village. If only a select few individuals possess the shells, the currency lacks the necessary circulation to sustain an economy. Hence, our goal should not be centered on achieving a high price; instead, we should strive to make Pi more affordable so that a greater number of individuals can acquire and hold it, thereby fostering a thriving economic ecosystem. Of course, the rising price will build up merchants' confidence to accept it as payment. This is why we refer to it as a buyback campaign, which aims to achieve mass adoption and foster ecosystem confidence. As Pi evolves into a currency, the question of its value becomes pertinent. Given that it is a new currency, its value is not immediately clear. This presents an opportunity for us, the pioneers, to play a crucial role in defining it. The determination of Pi's value is not the responsibility of a central authority such as CT, the government, or the exchange. Instead, it will emerge from a decentralized consensus within the community, which collectively owns Pi. This concept is akin to ancient times when the value of shells was not determined by the sellers. Rather, the value was derived from the collective agreement of the village that utilized them as currency. I hope this elaboration clarifies the distinction between value and price, enabling a deeper understanding of the foundational principles that drive our mission with Pi Network. Pi represents a groundbreaking innovation—a revolution that is poised for long-term economic development on a global scale, rather than perpetuating cycles of plunder and exploitation. By harnessing the power of blockchain technology, Pi empowers ordinary individuals, which creates an inherent conflict of interest with the U.S. government in the short term. Should the U.S. government endorse the Pi Network, it raises questions about the viability of U.S. treasuries and who would ultimately purchase them. Consequently, the government may prioritize support for stablecoins backed by the U.S. dollar and U.S. Treasury securities, as this can help alleviate the U.S. government's issues with limited demand. However, I previously mentioned the potential for Pi to emerge as an algorithmic stablecoin. At that time, the Genius Bill had not yet been enacted. If the Pi Network gains acceptance from the U.S. government, its growth could become rapid and expansive, leading to widespread adoption in other nations. This path would position Pi as a legitimate currency in nearly every country, contingent upon certain conditions. For instance, if the price of Pi in the exchange market can align with the GCV, this could be achieved through a buyback mechanism involving 10 million pioneers. Such a scenario would indicate that Pi differs significantly from past algorithmic stablecoin failures, presenting a compelling case for the U.S. government to view Pi as a low-risk asset. However, it presents a significant challenge to be collectively reached by pioneers, and there are other conditions that we cannot achieve in a short time. While it might appear that Pi Network conflicts with the U.S. dollar or stablecoins in the short term, it has the potential to address the broader issue of overprinting currency, which has plagued the U.S. and many other nations. This would benefit international trade by alleviating concerns about currency appreciation or depreciation in international transactions. The global economy indeed requires a super sovereign currency—one that ensures stability for future generations and fosters lasting peace and prosperity. To comprehend Pi as a currency, it is crucial to recognize that we must cultivate long-term value by generating GCV data. In the short term, our focus needs to be on establishing a robust exchange market and decentralized applications (DApps) to drive mass adoption. If this is understood, there should be no need to feel discouraged by the current low price of Pi. The true value of Pi as a currency derives not from the exchange market, trading platforms, or governmental endorsement, but rather from our community's collective efforts and engagement. You might wonder how a government could adopt Pi, given that it does not take the form of a stablecoin. I would counter with the example of Bitcoin, which has thrived even in environments where many countries have imposed bans. Currently, Pi is transitioning from its traditional commodity status to being recognized as a currency, meaning governmental awareness of Pi Network is still in development. As such, existing regulations generally pertain to older forms of cryptocurrency rather than our innovative approach. Our branding as a digital currency, rather than a cryptocurrency, is intentional. Dr. Nicolas has expressed concerns that many aspects of conventional cryptocurrencies pose challenges to government frameworks and public trust, often leading to economic harm rather than benefit. Our commitment to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) protocols distinguishes us by mitigating money laundering risks and protecting Pi holders from speculative practices. Many businesses face bankruptcy or closure because consumers lack the disposable income to engage in spending. Imagine how Pi could enable those businesses to survive and thrive—people could utilize Pi to make purchases and easily convert it into fiat currency to sustain operations, thereby preserving many jobs. The function in our wallet that allows users to "buy" Pi is not merely a feature; it represents a vision for the future where conversion to fiat currency can happen immediately, without dependency on third-party exchanges. Moving forward, we can establish a fixed rate (the GCV) for conversions. Once larger institutions and prominent companies recognize the low-risk profile of joining Pi Network due to its GCV stability, we can expect a considerable influx of participants seeking to gain a competitive advantage. You may ask how companies would finance the purchase of Pi at GCV rates. This is an insightful question. My perspective is that the demand for Pi’s stable value will inherently incentivize investments. Much like why individuals purchase stablecoins for their convenience in facilitating cross-border transactions, Pi will appeal to consumers and businesses alike, particularly because we are leveraging Web 3.0 blockchain technology, AI-driven platforms, and a rich ecosystem of decentralized applications (DApps). We are cultivating a loyal customer base that recognizes the value of this innovation. We understand that high-net-worth individuals seek safe investment opportunities. While U.S. treasury bonds currently represent a secure asset class, they are not without risk. Therefore, if Pi Network can maintain a limited supply coupled with blockchain technology and a consistent GCV, it is plausible that affluent investors would allocate a portion of their capital to acquire Pi. This would lead to fiat inflows whenever there is increased demand for Pi, establishing an equilibrium between Pi and fiat currencies. This interplay is why I believe DApps are critically significant. We need broader usage of Pi in real-world applications. I hope my analysis has helped clarify why the price of Pi should not overly concern us. Buying Pi to hold onto it allows pioneers to accumulate more, while building merchant confidence is essential to kickstart the ecosystem. Merchants will be motivated to see Pi’s price appreciation since this removes the risks for DApps and service providers who depend on exchange market prices. A rise in demand for Pi will subsequently reduce its supply, which is beneficial for price increases. I look forward to discussing Pi GCV army management in another session. Thank you for your time. Let’s continue striving for greatness together. Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Founder, Global GCV Movement Disclaimer: This speech is intended solely for educational purposes within the GCV community. **Doris Yin - 3/28/25 International GCV Group Speech** Pioneers, I encourage you to read all my articles to grasp the big picture. It is essential to understand that different phases come with different tasks. I find that many questions arise from a lack of understanding of these phases and tasks. Your primary task is to understand this first and then help your community to understand as well. 1. We have completed the first stage of coinage at GCV, and we have already succeeded! The Pi GCV value of $314,159 has been encoded. This stage focuses on building Pi value within our community through the enclosed mainnet. The blockchain records are critical, as they will determine the value of Pi in code. 2. Now we are entering a new stage: the Open Network. This means we need to expand our reach to the world. We want Pi GCV to be accepted by governments and regulatory bodies, large companies, and a broader audience. That is why we are engaging in the exchange market, which serves as a bridge to implement the GCV code. Do you understand? We at GCV are taking charge of the entire Pi Network community! GCV is the champion 🏆. This is why blockchain records are now less important than the exchange market in this new stage. Our battlefield has shifted from the blockchain to the exchange. The exchange markets are where Pi can be accepted as a stable coin according to the GCV! How do we achieve that? 1. Increase the demand for Pi in the exchange market. 2. Control the supply of Pi in the exchange market. 3. Educate Pioneers not to sell, except to GCV. Currently, Pi CT is also working on this by using domain name auctions to enhance the demand for Pi, especially from external companies. The goal is to attract more businesses to our ecosystem and bring in more users. At present, we have 11 million wallets, which means there are 11 million Pioneers holding Pi wallets. This is a small population, and we aim to become a global currency. However, we face challenges with only 11 million Pioneers. After implementing the codes, the mining speed will drop to 0.1 or lower annually. At that time, the price will be pegged to GCV, making it difficult for most people to afford 0.01. But don’t worry about those who do not have Pi wallets if you buy from exchange market, it is easy for CT to provide this kind of wallet for the ecosystem. You will have auction purpose wallet to HOLD your Pi from exchange soon. How can we further develop if we don't have enough companies and users of Pi? This is why CT needs lower prices in the exchange market to attract companies and people. Do you understand? Utilize the three-month marketing strategy for Pi! After three months, all low-priced Pi can be eliminated. Then we will have the power to set the Pi price in the exchange market, solidifying Pi as a stable coin according to the code! CT is not allowed to interfere with or guide the exchange market. Therefore, we, the Pioneers, must take responsibility for helping to expand Pi usage. If you understand this logic, do you still have doubts? Everything is in the hands of CT and our GCV CT! This is our shared strategy. None of you should be passive. You have a responsibility to help your community build confidence so that you can cooperate and promote the Domain Auction, encouraging others to join Web3 blockchain and use Pi as payment! Any complaints stem from a lack of understanding. If you cannot think things through, be humble enough to learn. All doubt comes from arrogance and ignorance. We are on the verge of conquering the world and establishing Pi as a global currency! But we need all Pioneers unified and working hard. If complaining could resolve your financial problems, we would work diligently to complain. But can it? Of course not! It wastes both your time and ours and hinders our progress. I have muted the group so that you can read this message clearly. If you can’t contribute positively, I encourage you to find a job to earn money for yourself. Please don’t come to the group to spread complaints and negativity. I have my own job and responsibilities, and I will never quit my job. If you have nothing to do and no job, you may become desperate. So please find a job and work on improving yourself. Once you stabilize your own situation, you are welcome to join the group as a volunteer to help others. Only when we clearly see our path can we walk steadily and reach our destination quickly and successfully. Have a wonderful day! ❤️ Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 PS: I've been very busy lately with tax season work, so I don't have time to write articles. However, I still participate in some group daily.

Dear Pioneers, Today, I decided to share this message with you because when I searched online, I noticed something very important. Many exchange markets already know that the Pi Network has GCV — Global Consensus Value. They even acknowledge that this value is community-driven. But they say it is not official, because it has not been formally endorsed by CT. Also we still have a lot of pioneers never deeply understand white paper. They always use market cap to deny GCV. All the above is because they assume Pi is another traditional crypto currency. This made me think. Not only outsiders, but even some of our own pioneers still hesitate or doubt GCV. Why? Because they don’t fully understand the concept difference between traditional crypto and Pi Network. So today, I want to make it very clear for everyone: what is value, and what is price? Most traditional cryptocurrency analysts talk about is price. They see supply and demand, market cap, and speculation. For them, cryptocurrency is just an investment, like buying a stock. In accounting, this makes crypto look like an asset — something you buy and sell at a price. But if you carefully read the Pi white paper, you will see the true vision of Dr. Nicolas. He created Pi Network because he regretted how traditional cryptocurrencies were being used. Blockchain, instead of serving humanity, became only a tool for speculation. Coins were bought and sold, but they failed to bring real value to ordinary people and to our global economy. For years, crypto has been stuck in this loop of speculation. That is why Pi Network was born. Pi is not designed to follow the same path as traditional cryptocurrencies. Its destination is not simply to be listed on exchanges. Current exchange market is the landscape on the road. It is not Pi Network destination. We already have thousands of tokens there. What we truly need is a real currency — one that can resolve economic crises, restore fairness, and bring opportunity to ordinary people. Now let’s ask: what is currency? If you search, you will find a simple definition: currency is a medium of exchange. And for any exchange medium to work, it requires consensus among the users. Everyone must agree on its value before it can be used in the economy. That is how fiat money works. A $1 bill and a $100 bill cost the same to print. The paper and ink are nearly identical. But because the government endorses it, people trust and accept it different value on the paper bill. That trust gives fiat money its power. Yet even fiat money is not always stable. In many countries, we see devaluation and inflation. The value of government money is not guaranteed but still much stable than traditional cryptocurrency. Traditional cryptocurrencies are unstable — their price rises and falls daily, driven by speculation. It can change 100% in one day. But our FIAT inflation is less than 10% in one year normally. This is why Pi Network GCV is so important. We have the opportunity to create a new kind of currency: one that is long-term stable, resistant to inflation, efficient for international settlement, and much cheaper in transfer costs. With Pi, transactions can be faster, fairer, and useful in daily life. A medium of exchange for payments, A store of value to protect wealth, And a unit of account for settlement. This is what Pi is becoming. But here is something very important to understand: the consensus of Pi does not come from the Core Team. If the Core Team could set the value, they would have done so three years ago. There is no reason tell pioneers that the value is from pioneers but they give us another value. CT cannot give us a value or reject pioneers created value— because value is not given by CT, it is created by pioneers community consensus. Our pioneering community has been working tirelessly for over three years. Every day, we generate GCV data. We also have the Industrial Alliance, where businesses and industries are beginning to adopt Pi at GCV in real supply chains. Some people believe that GCV is impossible because it may lead to business bankruptcy. However, this is a misconception. A business faces bankruptcy when its value cannot be stabilized, regardless of whether Pi is valued at $1, $10, or $100 or GCV. Significant fluctuations can cause businesses to fail; in contrast, as long as there is stability, GCV will not put businesses at risk, provided that everyone accepts it. This stability ensures that purchasing power remains consistent. Additionally, it's important to note that 100 billion Pi is not intended for use within a single year; rather, it is meant to last for centuries or even thousands of years. Therefore, there is no need to worry that we lack sufficient assets.Remember, a real currency must serve three functions: We don’t need the Core Team to endorse Pi’s value. GCV official authority is pioneers not CT. What we need is more businesses and more pioneers to accept it. Think about it: in the past, some villages used shells as money. Why? Because a cow was too big to trade for five chickens or other products. Shells were easier, and as long as everyone in the village agreed Pi had fixed value. It can be the village currency. The same is true for Pi. We have more than 60 million pioneers. If we all accept it, and businesses accept it too, then that is Pi’s true value. What makes this so special is that we are not only the users, we are also the creators. This is true decentralization. The power belongs to us. So I hope every pioneer can deeply understand this concept. Don’t doubt, but believe with confidence. What must we do now? Accept Pi in our daily lives. Share correct information and educate others. Promote GCV. Invite more merchants to join. Even though Pi is not yet fully open, businesses can already accept Pi partially — 5%, 10%, 20%, even 50% of a payment. It doesn’t matter. Every transaction, every piece of GCV data, strengthens Pi as a currency. So business don't have any loss or risk. It can only increase their reputation and sales especially now most business bankrupt because of stagflation. Our strategy can save a lot of business. So let us remember: Price belongs to assets. Value belongs to currency. And consensus belongs to pioneers. We already have the victory, because value is in our hands. Together, we will win. In fact, we have already won. Thank you. Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Pi = Real Currency, Not Speculation 📷 Price belongs to assets. 📷 Value belongs to currency. 📷 Consensus belongs to pioneers. 📷 Together, we build Global Consensus Value (GCV). 📷 We are not only users, we are creators.

**Doris Yin 2025 New Year's Greetings to Pi Network Community** Dear Global Pioneers, GCV Ambassadors, and all GCV merchants, Happy New Year to everyone! Today marks the first day of 2025! I hope you all feel confident and energized as we work towards a successful OM for the Pi Network in Q1.🙏🙏🙏✊✊✊ In 2024, we made significant progress within the Pi Network. This progress serves as both motivation and a foundation for the current mass KYC and migration processes, which means we can finally anticipate a deadline for the OM—within a maximum of 89 days. Most likely, we will have the OM on Pi Day, which is just 72 days away. What has driven this success? GCV $314,159 has been confirmed since Pi2 Day 2024. Why am I so confident? The reasoning is straightforward, and most analysts can understand it. If GCV cannot meet the expectations set by Core Team for the long-term success of the Pi Network, they would not provide us with a deadline for OM by Pi2Day of 2025 on Pi2Day 2024 nor would they issue the recent deadline of Q1 2025. It’s important to remember that every project has its vision, mission, and goals. Considerable time and investment are put in to ensure that the project moves in the right direction. If the direction GCV does not align with their requirements, they cannot and will not give us the time frame for OM until we meet the necessary standards. Understand? Therefore, those who argue against GCV clearly lack understanding of Pi Network, and we can totally ignore them. There’s no need to explain or respond to their questions. Our Pioneers Handbook provides a strong theoretical foundation and guidelines for GCV helping Pi Network 100% succeed without any business risk. We already have more than 5 million GCV data on the blockchain, so there’s no need to debate what is Pi value. The only GCV value is $314,159. Our Pioneer’s Handbook has been updated to topic #73 and translated into 30 major languages. Pioneers who wish to live happily should obtain a copy from the Telegram International Group. It can not only boost your confidence but also bring you peace of mind. During the next 72 or 89 days, what should pioneers do? It’s simple: study the Pioneers Handbook. I recommend printing it out and reading it five times. This will contribute to the long-term success of the Pi Network, building this mindset is critical. Additionally, please share this Handbook with all your groups. It will help other pioneers develop a correct outlook on life and values. If you are a merchant or know any merchants, please also share the Pioneers Handbook and my articles about partial Pi payments at GCV. This will help both your business and your friends' businesses by leveraging the GCV community to increase exposure and attract more customers. After the OM, they can join the Pi Network Web3 blockchain, which will give them an edge over competitors. Make sure they register on MapofPi and remember to include GCV $314,159. CT needs to see how many merchants support GCV to determine how many pioneers can undergo KYC and migration. The logic here is straightforward: more GCV merchants signify lower failure risks and low policy violations. As demand for Pi increases in this region to support GCV ecosystem, this will lead to more KYC and migration opportunities in your area, including for high amounts of Pi wallets. We have witnessed already in GCV active countries which more than 10,000 or 20,000 above wallets have been migrated a lot. We achieved significant success in 2024, and I am confident that we will achieve even greater success in 2025, culminating in our OM celebration in about 2-3 months. Isn’t that exciting? Please block any accounts trying to convince you that your Pi value is $10, $100, $1,000, or $100,000. Ignore the noise; If you believe them, it will only slow down your region. GCV is unshakeable, and regions that support GCV and have more merchants in the ecosystem will gain more KYC and migration opportunities. For all pioneers who are facing financial difficulties, this is your only one opportunity in life. Don’t expect to still hold Pi if you choose to sell some for quick cash. Selling 10, 100, or even 1,000 Pi at this moment may entirely derail your chance for a better life because all your Pi account will be frozen. If you transfer your bought Pi from eco wallet to your own wallet, your policy violation will be tracked and all your accounts will be frozen. Any money spent to purchase Pi will be wasted. All pioneers should learn to be good citizens who respect government regulations and act honestly. Never try to take advantage of others. Greed in the Pi Network can cost you the opportunity to change your life and lose all your investment in buying Pi. I believe that most of our pioneers are honest, and you will be smart enough not to engage in harmful actions against others, the Pi Network, or yourselves. A person who knows how to navigate challenges is a hero. I wish for all pioneers to be heroes. Once again, Happy New Year! I wish all of you health, happiness, and prosperity in 2025.🌹🌹🌹 Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Founder, Global GCV Movement Jan.1st, 2025

United in the Light - Pi Network GCV Dear Global Pioneers, As we celebrate the significant success of GCV, let’s take a moment to reflect on the amazing contributions highlighted in a video created by the Global GCV CT Video Team Director Miss Diana Qian from Canada. The lyrics were crafted by the head of the Korea GCV Ambassador, Mr. Jin Taek Jun, and the composition was directed by Great PJ. Let’s also revisit the presentations of Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis and Dr. Chengdiao Fan at two conferences: Consensus 2025 in Toronto and Token2049 in Singapore. Dr. Nicolas discussed the implications of AI, while Dr. Fan focused on the future of cryptocurrency, particularly the transition from liquidity to utility. Key aspects of her presentation included: 1. Achieving Real Value: The necessity for cryptocurrencies to surpass mere transactions and liquidity to achieve a real increase in net value through practical applications. 2. Pathways to Innovation: Exploring two main approaches — migrating existing production onto the blockchain and creating new, on-chain productions, particularly in conjunction with advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI). 3. Pi Network’s Approach: Discussing Pi Network's unique six-year development strategy leading up to the launch of its open network and its initiatives to build decentralized infrastructure that fosters open innovation and equitable participation in the future of blockchain and AI. 4. AI and Blockchain Integration: Highlighting proof-of-concept projects, such as Pi Node operators running AI models for third-party organizations like OpenMind, to establish a "shared intelligence layer." Recently, I’ve watched many videos discussing the significant layoffs of high-level employees as a result of AI replacing their jobs. Presently, programmers who are working hard are creating AI robots to replace themselves, leaving new university graduates who studied coding struggling to find jobs. So, what about Pi Network? Dr. Nicolas recognizes this trend and aims to collaborate with OpenMind to enhance AI technology. The demand for AI is high, and only Pi Network’s decentralized blockchain can truly support it. Can you see Pi Network's value? It has the potential to be a global currency with limitless possibilities. And it will lead the AI industry by our advanced Web 3.0 decentralized blockchain. Now, let’s discuss liquidity. Dr. Fan provided some clarity as above. Pi will indeed function as a currency for utility usage instead of traditional cryptocurrency for liquidity. Why we need to use traditional currency to buy out all Pi 100 billion and then claim that GCV is too high? This misconception arises from a lack of understanding of Pi Network. Many have not read the white paper. They assume that Pi is just another traditional cryptocurrency that only being listed on exchanges for selling and buying, but that is not the case. Pi on exchange market is for massive adoption so that it can be realized for utility as a currency. Only traditional crypto need to calculate liquidity. As I mentioned before, Pi is designed for centuries, or perhaps even thousands of years. Do you know that every year different countries print paper money? If you think back to a century ago, you could hardly imagine that a car would cost between $20,000 to $100,000, while in the past 100 years before, cars only cost hundreds of dollars. When governments lack enough FIAT, they resort to printing more money. That is why you can feel your money cannot buy same amount of goods every year. However, Pi is different—it has a supply designed for centuries. It won't be devaluated. This doesn’t mean all of its supply will flood the market in one day or one year or 10 years, the release can take longer time based on the Pi economy development. Moreover, if you send Pi from the US to China, it takes just one second and incurs minimal fees. Have you ever used SWIFT to transfer money from one country to another? It takes 5 to 7 days and often incurs around 10% in fees. Additionally, fiat currency depreciates quickly, while Pi is unlikely to devalue. There's no reason for everyone to sell all their Pi for fiat currency. It’s understandable for pioneers to sell 1 or 5 Pi initially, but as the ecosystem develops, this need diminishes. Pi is not just an asset to be listed for people to buy; it needs to circulate. Therefore, its value must remain stable. So we have GCV and some anti-GCV individuals should not use liquidity to deny GCV. Because GCV is for utility purpose.. Can you imagine how much wealth we will create in the future with AI and robots integrated into our daily lives? That’s why we must sustain GCV. Otherwise, it cannot support hundreds or thousands years demanding from all more than 200 countries. Pioneers, you are fortunate. While the world grapples with job losses, we see cuts affecting high-income engineers, programmers, bank employees, and accountants — and soon, this will reach labor jobs too. I’ve seen robots already in existence that can cook and do household chores. In China, many services are now performed by robots. So, value your Pi; it could be your safeguard in a time when AI is replacing many jobs. In closing, I want to congratulate everyone — GCV has triumphed! This is not merely my opinion; please take a look at the video. We have community support from over 100 countries and more than 20 million GCV data points created. Please do not doubt our progress. It also has been ins CT code. We do not need CT to give us a GCV or approve GCV. If they can, they would have done so over three years ago. They prefer GCV to be independent from CT. This is the established rule: the crypto creators should not define the value of cryptocurrency; that value can only come from the pioneers — the holders. --- 📷 United in the Light – GCV Confirmed, Pi’s Future Secured! Together, we prepare for the real Pi GCV economy. Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷

TOPIC #19: CORRECTION OF MISCONCEPTIONS IN SOME PIONEERS Happy Sunday, Global Pioneers.🌹🌹🌹 I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to address some misconceptions that I've noticed among our community of Pi Network pioneers. ✅Firstly, Pi is a cryptocurrency that is intended to become a real currency, but it won't replace FIAT currency. Traditional cryptocurrencies have failed as currencies but have instead become assets. Therefore, Pi Network needs a consensus price to OM instead of relying on the exchange market. Please don't use traditional cryptocurrency concepts to limit Pi Network, as regulations will be different from current cryptocurrencies. The regulation for Pi Network as a currency has not yet been released because Pi has not yet been introduced to the world. All activities are currently happening within the community. ✅Secondly, many pioneers have requested the Core Team (CT) to give a price so that we can OM, but this is not possible. CT cannot give a price or guide or indicate a price because it would pose a risk to the project. CT can only work on infrastructure and technology. The government will not be involved in Pi Network, especially during the enclosed mainnet period. This period is for CT, ecosystem developers, and pioneers to work together for the ecosystem. They provide applications and utilities, and pioneers provide the consensus price to help the ecosystem prosper and become robust and mature so that the price won't be affected by the exchange market when OM. Therefore, the current emergency for pioneers is to achieve a safe and high enough consensus price. If we can reach this price and prove it on the blockchain record, the sooner pioneers can pass KYC and migrate to reach OM. ✅Thirdly, some pioneers think of themselves as customers and imagine that they don't have to do anything but require CT or big companies to stand in front and do everything so that they can get wealth. This is impossible. Pioneers have a responsibility to reach a consensus price that aligns with Pi Network's long-term goal, which is to become a world currency. 👉The sooner we can achieve this, the faster KYC and migration will be. Please don't complain to CT because they've completed their task. It's up to pioneers to do our work. 👉Fighting over the price has delayed the process. How can we help? Study the white paper yourself, educate your community, and generate good data. This will help your region's KYC and migration speed. 👉Please remember that Pi Network is contributing a lot and is eager to OM more than us because they spend a lot of money every day. If they didn't insist on their mission, they could have gone to the exchange market two years ago and made a profit. But they have a mission and can withstand high pressure to achieve their goal. 👉They called pioneers one year before to complete our task, which is to reach a price consensus. It's not just about completing your checklist. The checklist can be done in a few minutes. It's not because there aren't enough validators, but rather that many validators have no applications to validate because CT hasn't released them. 👉Why? Because too many pioneers are involved in the black market, and too many low prices are recorded. If they do, Pi's mission cannot be realized. 👉The point is not just to pass KYC and migration. The critical point is united price to GCV! And total leave blackmarket! 👉If CT lets everyone pass when the price is too low, Pi will fail as a currency, and there will be no chance to change it. I was involved in a German cryptocurrency that was in the same situation five years ago. Yes, it was OM on time, and everyone passed KYC. But what happened? Since the holders received the coin at a very low price, around 0.2 Euro by ICO, and some got it for 0.05 Euro, many holders sold it when OM, causing the price to drop to 0.004 USD in 2 months for four years, and now it's still 0.002 USD. Even though the boss invested a huge amount of money to create a need and develop many ecosystems, it still cannot change the reality. ✅So our goal is not just KYC, which cannot make you earn money or at least cannot make you financially free. Our goal is for Pi to successfully OM, satisfying its long-term mission and goal! When Pi Network successfully launches Mainnet, you will definitely achieve financial freedom. This is not just a matter of earning a few hundred or thousand dollars ( Actully I heard a lot pioneers have been scammed which means they lost Pi but no FIAT transfer to them) as you may have experienced before. Those funds will eventually be spent and you may find yourself in the same financial situation as before. In fact your wallet Pi will be confiscated before OM which means you are totally lose change your life opportunity. Do you think it's worth the risk? If you really need hundreds dollars, I suggest to find a labor work such as a waiter who can earn at leas $3000 -$4000 monthly. 👉Therefore, I strongly suggest that pioneers spread education on GCV and study the white paper in your community. Our behavior should align with Pi Network's long-term vision. Only in this way can we push OM quickly, and maybe you will be lucky, and your region can get more KYC slots and migrate more because of your hard work. DISCLAIMER: THE ABOVE opinions or statements shared are only my personal and not affiliated with Pi Network. For your reference only! Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷

** Call to Action for Global Pioneers: Uniting Efforts to Stabilize the GCV Price in the Exchange Market** Dear Global Pioneers, We are currently at a critical juncture that may determine our ability to swiftly realize the GCV in the exchange market. As of now, we are in the Open Network phase, which serves as a preparatory stage for a fully decentralized network where all code can be activated. It is important to note that the Pi Network has not registered as a security because it aims to function as a digital currency rather than a digital asset. However, given recent list on the exchange market, compliance with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is now necessary for Pi Network, which subsequently require CT not to guide Pi's price in the exchange market. To address this situation, we urge all pioneers to unite in a call auction to ensure the GCV is stabilized as soon as possible. We implore you not to sell below the GCV price. Conversely, you are encouraged to buy if you have the means, as the current prices are significantly low. It is essential to emphasize that we are now in the Open Network phase, permitting both buying and selling. We have observed that many pioneers may be hesitant to make purchases; however, it is imperative that you do not let this concern deter you. We have surpassed the enclosed mainnet phase, where buying and selling were prohibited. Increasing liquidity in the exchange market is crucial for attracting external investors. At this stage, the combined strength of all pioneers is required to enhance purchasing power and to capitalize on lower prices. Please clarify your understanding of our current pricing situation. The existing market prices do not reflect Pi's value of our source code, which is derived from our blockchain record. Our efforts have previously focused on establishing Pi as a digital currency, culminating in the creation of the GCV blockchain record, which has indeed achieved success. For instance, the GitHub record indicates a GCV of $314,159, and Mr. Kasasih's code fork has now been integrated into the CT’s main bran code of the signifying its official status. The rationale for the current low prices in the exchange market stems, in part, from a lack of awareness among many pioneers, some of whom may be in financially constrained positions and require immediate funds for necessities. Such individuals may be misled by those who do not support GCV's potential, thereby selling their holdings at depressed prices. This underscores the importance of CT's control over KYC processes and migration procedures. Allowing all pioneers pass KYC and migrating Pi could lead to detrimental outcomes for the project, as uninformed pioneers may sell at significantly low prices. Just we see right now there are a lot of pioneers sell at very low price. So, CT only allow 10 million wallets migrated. It is important to recognize that the current low pricing is not the fault of the PCT or GCV CT, it is a consequence of a collective lack of proactive engagement from the pioneers. By promoting education on the true value of Pi as GCV, we can mitigate the prevalence of low-price sellers. While complaints about pricing may arise, it is essential to understand that we cannot prevent pioneers from selling. What we can do is purchase the available low-priced offerings from the market and collectively urge all pioneers not to sell below the GCV price. This remains a top priority for all involved if we aim to achieve the OM status swiftly. Additionally, it is vital to understand that the CT cannot announce the price of Pi in the exchange market, nor can they buy all the Pi in the exchange market. The price must ultimately be determined by the actions of our pioneering community and outside investors. Therefore, it is everyone's responsibility to refrain from complaints and instead focus on advancing the project collectively. We recommend all pioneers take the following actions: - Do not sell below $314,159. Please list selling price at $314,159. You should have confidence on GCV when it has been in the code already. Once the OM completed; all ecosystems will implement GCV. And you don’t need to wait long time and I estimate in one month or less. - Consider purchasing if you have extra funds available but ensure that you are not borrowing money or using essential living funds for these investments. Any amount such as $10 or $20 or $100 you choose to invest can contribute to increasing the visibility of Pi in the exchange market, potentially attracting outside investors. Also, many pioneers have locked three years with 100%, it is a good chance. You can acquire 6 Pi for just $10 right now. Once our pioneers warm up the market, you'll see outside investors becoming active, so there's no need to worry about how long or how much funding it will take to reach GCV. As soon as the low-priced Pi are being purchased, the price is poised to surge from just a few dollars to GCV in no time. We won't follow the traditional cryptocurrency path for growth because we have a strong community backing GCV.` It is crucial for all global pioneers to recognize that we are all collectively striving towards the successful realization of the OM. The CT shares this goal as well. However, if the exchange market price remains as low as $1 or $2, the likelihood of merchants joining the Pi Network diminishes. It is imperative that the gap between the ecosystem's Pi value and its exchange market price remain minimal. If the exchange price is low, it inhibits the CT's ability to fulfill ecosystem objectives. You need not worry about protracted timelines. With collective action, the path to achieving GCV can be expedited. While it would indeed be beneficial for the CT to manage arrangements efficiently, it is vital that we do not adopt a passive stance, awaiting resolutions. Delays could adversely affect both the reputation of PCT and the GCV CT. Lastly, I would like to address recent rumors suggesting that pioneers are unable to transfer Pi to or from the exchange market; this information is misleading. Pi Network is indeed open already, and the CT has verified five exchange markets for transactions. I have personally encountered challenges while attempting to purchase 1,000 Pi on the exchange market, with multiple platforms rejecting my credit and debit card payments. Nonetheless, I firmly believe that this represents a valuable investment opportunity critical for advancing our collective mission toward GCV unification in the exchange market. Your understanding of this message and prompt actions will be appreciated as we move forward together. Best regards, Doris Yin🪷🪷🪷 Founder, Global GCV Movement Feb.23rd, 2025

TOPIC #44: BUILDING MOMENTUM FOR PI NETWORK OM Today let's discuss "building momentum". Sun Tzu was a Chinese military general, strategist, philosopher, and writer who lived during the Eastern Zhou period. Sun Tzu is traditionally credited as the author of The Art of War, an influential work of military strategy that has affected both Western and East Asian philosophy and military thought. In his chapter "Momentum" of Sun Tzu "The Art of War" said: 👉"Thus, a good warrior seeks it in the situation, not in the person, so he can choose the person and take advantage of the situation. A warrior who takes advantage of the situation fights like turning wood or stone. The nature of wood or stone is that when it is at peace, it is still; when it is in danger, it moves; when it is square, it stops; when it is round, it moves. Therefore, a warrior's situation is like turning a round stone on a mountain thousands of feet high; this is the situation." 👉Meaning: People who are good at leading troops in battle always try to create a favorable situation, and do not demand perfection from their subordinates, so they can select talents to utilize and create a favorable situation. People who are good at utilizing the situation command the army to fight, just like rolling wood and stones. The characteristics of wood and stone are that they are still when placed in a flat and stable place, and they roll when placed in a steep and rugged place. Square things are easy to be still, and round things are flexible to roll. Therefore, the favorable situation created by people who are good at commanding battles is like rolling a round stone down from a mountain, which is the so-called "momentum" ✳️Let's discuss how we can begin building good momentum before OM. In order to use the situation to successfully build momentum for OM at GCV $314,159, we need to consider our current situation: 1. We can see that blockchain shows more big amount transfers on the blockchain, such as thousands and hundreds of Pi per transaction. This could be from ecosystem payments or black market sales, but most of the thousands or hundreds seem to come from black market policy violations. We also notice that the migration speed is generally much slower, averaging around a thousand per day. We did observe that CT can reach a speed of 60,000 wallets per day. Therefore, we can estimate that migration speed is related to black market activities. When there are more black market activities, there is a higher risk to the project and CT will be more conservative. Therefore, we should focus on community education. We have an International Telegram Group where you are welcome to invite your friends or any pioneers who have gotten lost to join in. 2. Now, GCV data is much lower than before as previously estimated. This is because most of the community has used up their resources and run out of money to provide full Pi payments. Even though we don't have much GCV data, GCV still holds significant value in the hearts of most pioneers. Therefore, we can say that GCV $314,159, the primary currency function "value scale," has been successfully completed. 3. Now, we must move on to the next step: allowing Pi GCV to circulate in the Pi community ecosystem. It's crucial that we only create GCV data and not other data. "The Art of War" Chapter" Momentum" told us how to do it. 👉We should carefully consider strategies to incentivize merchants to join our ecosystem and automatically transfer pioneer purchase habits within it so that GCV data will automatically created by normal business. Since Pi is not yet recognized as a legal form of payment by any government, we are currently in the "circulate tool" phase within the community. As such, it may not be feasible to require merchants to accept full Pi payments. Understanding the operational constraints faced by merchants in this regard is essential. Merchants need FIAT for bookkeeping, government taxes, employee wages, rent, materials, and utilities. They can only ensure the sustainability of their business by accepting Pi as profit. 👉In light of the widespread economic challenges, which have resulted in high unemployment rates and financial hardships for many, businesses are also finding it tough to sell products, particularly small and emerging businesses. To support these businesses, we could introduce a phased approach, allowing them to accept partial payments in both FIAT and Pi, and gradually transition to full Pi payments when OM. This approach will undoubtedly be beneficial for them, and could contribute to GCV data generation. 👉Similarly, for pioneers facing financial difficulties due to inflation and unemployment, the option to save money on essential expenses through a combination of partial Pi and FIAT payments would be welcomed. It's crucial to highlight the potential benefits and savings that could be achieved through this approach, contributing to the growth of GCV as well. 🙏Implementing a method aligned with these practices will serve to attract more merchants and pioneers to join our network. Furthermore, broadening our user base and promoting the use of Pi for transactions is pivotal for the success of our ecosystem. This approach could lead to a collaborative and mutually beneficial ecosystem, providing value to all participants and driving the momentum of the Pi Network. ✳️In Conclusion: Only when we understand the situation well can we build momentum that benefits the Pi Network community as a whole. In this manner, the Pi Network ecosystem will exhibit heightened activity, and the GCV data will possess a robust and well-established foundation. When OM, there will be no uncertainty or necessity for CT announcements pertaining to the price. This is owing to widespread acceptance and acknowledgment of GCV within the pioneering and merchant as well as among service providers, over a span of 5 months. It is inconceivable that Dr. Nicolas would disavow GCV as the price established by pioneers. Hence, without a shadow of doubt, GCV will emerge as the price when OM. According to The Art of War, building momentum is crucial for success in any important situation. Of course, it applies to Pi Network as well! 👉Today, a video featuring products from the Canadian GCV merchant "Maiden's Heart" was published. The merchant accepts 70% fiat and 30% Pi payment and offers free shipping to the USA and Canada, with all prices inclusive of shipping fees. TOPIC # 94: LET'S CONQUER THE "ENEMY"! Where is our enemy? Do we have an enemy? Why I always fail? Why people always against me? This is an important question we need to ask ourselves. Many people tend to see enemies only in the outside world, overlooking the internal struggles we face within ourselves. To truly improve our relationships and make a positive impact on the world, we must first conquer our own selfishness, doubts, timidity, greed, anger, ignorance, and arrogance. By addressing these internal "enemies," we can approach the outside world with greater peace and efficiency. Today in the Pi Network, we often demand OM for KYC, migration or OM or money. However, we must understand that merely demanding something will not help us achieve our goals. It’s similar to a child wanting candy; they may resort to various tactics to threaten their parents. If the parents know how to educate their children, they will not give in to the child’s cries. The same principle applies to the Pi Network. Only when we conquer our internal “enemies” can we fully understand the vision and mission of the Pi Network. When we grasp this understanding, we will firmly support all strategies and actions related to CT. If you don’t understand the meaning of CT, it is wise to follow the guidance from the Global GCV CT team, as we have over 30 experienced professionals with collective wisdom. I understand that the GCV community may be struggling to grasp our strategic change following the launch of the Open Network. The ecosystems and the exchange markets seem to be in opposition, but in reality, they are like siblings—one may be older, but both come from the same parents. Today, we emphasize that the exchange market is essential for a long-term sustainable ecosystem. When we talk about the ecosystem, we refer to two main components: the technical part and the economic part. The CT (Core Team) is focused on the technical aspects, such as coding, developing 100 Dapps, and implementing the Know Your Business (KYB) procedures. Meanwhile, the Pioneers are working on value and pricing to ensure the healthy development of the ecosystem. In this analogy, the CT is like the hardware, while the Pioneers are akin to the software. Just as you need both hardware and software to run a computer, we need both components for our ecosystem. During the enclosed mainnet, we worked hard to establish the GCV price at $314,159. This success is reflected in the source code. Now, we need all ecosystem participants to agree on a single price so that all Pioneers can use Pi to purchase products and pay for services using full Pi payments. To achieve this, we must stabilize Pi as a stablecoin. How can we gain global recognition for GCV? The answer lies in the exchange market. No matter how much GCV data we produce, the outside world cannot see it or acknowledge it. This is why our call for Pi buyback is critical for ecosystem development. I have noticed considerable resistance towards the buyback. After investigating those who oppose it, I found that many of them come from other cryptocurrency backgrounds, and some Pioneers have colluded with them to mislead others. Their goal appears to be preventing Pi from successfully reaching GCV on the exchange market. This is reflected in the choice of the song "Enemy" from the series Arcane: League of Legends for our second conference promotional video. The song brilliantly captures themes of rivalry, betrayal, and personal growth. It speaks to the conflicts we face with others and the battles we fight within ourselves. At its core, "Enemy" focuses on relationships—with others and oneself. It addresses dealing with doubters and the inner voice that sometimes breeds self-doubt, while also conveying a message of hope: overcoming these challenges is possible. Music has therapeutic effects, as modern neurophysiological research indicates that it directly impacts the nervous system, influencing the regulation of internal organs and bodily functions. Different pieces of music, each with unique rhythms, speeds, pitches, and timbres, can have calming, energizing, analgesic effects, as well as regulate heart rate and lower blood pressure. I urge all Pioneers: if you want our OM to succeed with the GCV price, please actively share our information everywhere, especially the promotional video and messages for the 2nd Global Pioneers Conference. The music has the power to awaken many pioneers from deep within their hearts. This conference is not only for GCV community but for all Pi Network community or even non-users from Pi Network. The more you disseminate our message, the closer we will get to achieving your financial freedom goals. You may not fully understand our strategy right now, but if you choose to follow our guidance, you will see results. Trusting in a visionary team is crucial, as unity leads to success! Are you ready, Global Pioneers? We are excited to announce that our 2nd Global Pioneers Conference will be held on May 25, 2025 at 7am USA EST. This time, our theme is: "Building a Sustainable Ecosystem with GCV – Merchants as the Foundation." The Four Critical Tasks are as follows: 1. Buy Back Pi By creating real demand, we can defend the value of Pi through purposeful participation. 2.Register Merchants on the Map of Pi Merchants are the heart of the Pi economy. Their visibility and acceptance are essential for growth. 3.Promote Bartering and Partial PI Payments Encouraging the real-world use of Pi, especially through flexible payment methods, demonstrates its true utility. 4.Repost with Purpose and Belief in GCV Through consistent, purpose-driven communication, we can spread awareness, inspire action, and strengthen our community. Together, these actions lay the foundation for a thriving, sustainable ecosystem where merchants play a crucial role in driving us forward. Let’s continue to act boldly and build a future that benefits us all. Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Founder, Global GCV Movement P.S. TOPIC # 46 DEVELOP REAL ECOSYSTEM DURING 2ND STAGE Dear Global Pioneers, Happy Saturday! Today, I recorded a ten-minute video for you. However, I understand that many of the pioneers may not understand English. So, I am writing this article to help you understand my message. ✅Summary of the 1st Currency stage work from the pioneers' community: According to the white paper, Pi will be a global currency, designed not as an asset or a traditional investment, but as a currency. Therefore, we, as the pioneers' community, need to help Pi complete its mission. The core team can only take care of the infrastructure work; the rest depends on us. This is why it's important for pioneers to understand that we have our task. Our task is not just to complete KYC and migration; it's to develop Pi as a currency. The characteristics of currency include durability, portability, divisibility, uniformity, limited supply, and acceptability. Currency has five major functions: scale of value, means of circulation, means of storage, means of payment, a world settlement currency. Over the past two and a half years, our focus has been on establishing the first currency function as " scale of value" and generating at least one million GCV $314,159 data. We have received support from pioneers representing at least 120 countries. We believe there is no alternative to GCV in terms of pricing. CT’s announcement on Pi2Day indicates that we are on right track and at the forefront of OM. As a result, GCV $314,159 is aligned with Pi Network's mission and vision. I’ve noticed that many pioneers are questioning CT about the delay in KYC and migration procedures over the past two and a half years. My response is that they were awaiting GCV from pioneers. Without this support, our goal of establishing a currency would not be achievable. However, despite the recent Global GCV movement, we have not seen significant involvement from merchants in the exchange of GCV. Most of the data has been generated by pioneers. This is crucial during the initial stages for "value scale." from our pioneers. We have submitted petitions to CT three times for OM on Pi2Day. This is because most community leaders and pioneers are facing resource shortages, and the first function of "value scale" has been successful. If CT can announce the GCV price and OM on Pi2Day , the entire ecosystem will operates on the same pricing system for development. We believe this strategy can also work well. However, CT has announced that OM will be at the earliest by the end of this year. From my perspective, the goal is to reach 15 million KYC and 10 migration Pi wallets, and more importantly, to ensure that the ecosystem has developed to meet the maturity level outlined in the 2019 white paper, or at least has a prototype of the ecosystem. This approach may eliminate the need to announce the Pi price once the entire ecosystem has been accepted. This conservative approach aims to prevent pioneers from converting Pi to FIAT after OM. Instead, the ecosystem will offer utilities for pioneers to use. This will result in a more stable and secure Pi currency. ✅Since CT has decided to OM until the year end or later, there will be at least five months for ecosystem development. Hence, the question now is what pioneers can do during Currency 2nd Stage? Pioneers always have the task of completing their KYC and migration on time, and they are encouraged to become validators if they wish. In addition to the above, pioneers have another important task, which CT cannot directly ask us to do, but it's something we need to do for ourselves. This task is to join the ecosystem with GCV price. As we have discussed, since we want Pi as a currency, it must circulate in our community. Therefore, we need merchants and service providers to offer products or services. However, we cannot force them to do so. If we enforce full Pi payments, they will avoid participating. Currently, we are seeing some full Pi payments in our online ecosystem at different prices, but almost all are very low, less than $1 or less than $0.1. We believe this price is not suitable for Pi's long-term vision and mission. That's why we choose to only support GCV. ✅So the next question is: How can we motivate merchants and service providers to join our ecosystem so that we can OM with GCV $314,159? My suggestion is to allow partial Pi and partial FIAT. They can use 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, or even 90% FIAT. As long as the FIAT value is lower than the market price, it will benefit pioneers. When more merchants join, they will compete with each other to lower the FIAT ratio. This concept aims to create a real business environment, not a charity environment. We should not depend on leaders, pioneers, or merchants to donate. Instead, we need to create a mechanism to let them compete, which will benefit them and motivate more merchants to join. What about pioneers? If given two options, which one would you choose? a. Only small items worth $1 available for full Pi payment, with no higher value products available and still needing to spend FIAT from the outside market. b. Buy products inside our community at a 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% FIAT ratio, lower than the outside market price, and including larger items like cell phones, TVs, appliances, jewelry, furniture, clothing, shoes, etc. without limitation. You will save at least 20%-30% on your daily or luxury purchases. I believe you would want option b, as you would save a significant amount of money during the five months. Most importantly, you would be very happy because you understand that what you do will make GCV $314,159 a reality without any doubt. Do you want to live with uncertainty or certainty? Joining this kind of barter system will bring you happiness with certainty. This is what I call the creation of Pi circulation, which is our second stage. After OM, we will enter the third, fourth, and fifth stages, which are the storage, payment, and international settlement currency stages. Since GCV $314,159 on the right track to OM, we need to make GCV more widely accepted and widely used to create circulation. In this way, we will make GCV OM foundation very strong and this will help the ecosystem after OM to reduce any risk that pioneers all go to exchange market to dump. Pi represents not only the future of our pioneers but also the future of the world. Let us come together as a strong, unified family and community. However, beyond this unity, it is imperative to establish a robust business ecosystem and a supportive development environment to encourage and incentivize the participation of more ecosystem members towards our long-term objectives. This will have a positive impact on our local economy and facilitate garnering support from various national governments for the Pi Network. It is crucial for the ecosystem to adhere to FIAT tax obligations to respective country governments, even during the mainnet enclosure. Therefore, partial FIAT payments are essential to enable compliance. Without such a practice, merchants would struggle to sustain themselves and would not have the necessary FIAT currency for tax payments. Any merchants or pioneers should use their own evaluation to see if it is suitable for them.

Big congratulations to the Philippine community for the significant event that took place yesterday, March 2, 2025!👏👏👏👏 I truly believe that our Pi Network has been blessed by so many dedicated pioneers, merchants, and community leaders—our GCV Ambassadors! Without your sacrifices and commitment, we could not have reached this level. I am especially grateful to our Global GCV CT Executive Director and committee chair, Ms. Lumari, the Head of GCV Ambassadors, along with all the outstanding Philippine GCV warriors. Your extraordinary contribution of 1,429,652 GCV record on blockchain by December 18, 2024, played a critical role in advancing the GCV Movement! We can see these impressive beautiful numbers $314,159 everywhere, and this achievement has been acknowledged by our CT on the GitHub source code as part of the digital currency value and the stablecoin market price. We are now on the path to obtaining a U.S. Cryptocurrency Industry license from the SEC, and we are working hard toward that goal. I am truly impressed by the positive energy and unity of the Philippine community! You are a great example of our Global GCV community. The following is my speech on this wonderful dinner party conference! ------------- Dear Philippines community leaders, GCV Ambassadors, merchants, and pioneers, It is a profound honor to address you today at the Philippine Grand Global GCV Conference. We gather here as one thousand dedicated pioneers, united in our celebration of the achievements we've made within the Pi Network. I encourage all of you to enjoy the delicious food and take this opportunity to motivate and appreciate one another. The Philippine community exemplifies the spirit of global unity, collaboration, and growth. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Lumari for her gracious invitation, as well as to all the diligent organizers who have made this event possible. This conference stands as a tribute to our collective growth, unity, collaboration, and progress. I would also like to acknowledge our esteemed Global GCV Ambassadors: Ms. Nonny Padja, Mr. Joho, Mr. Patrick Chao, Mr. Jason Wong, and Spain GCV Ambassador Mr. Kerun LI and Africa GCV Ambassador Mr. Oliver NDatimana, who have generously offered their time to share their insights and support our mission for today's conference. The progress of the GCV movement in the Philippines has been truly commendable, reflecting the remarkable dedication and hard work that has resulted in the creation of over 1.5 million GCV data points. This accomplishment is a testament to your unity, vision, and unwavering commitment. Ms. Lumari’s perseverance and leadership have been instrumental in our success. Her emphasis on education and the development of the GCV ecosystem, coupled with her proactive mindset, serves as an inspiring model for the entire global community. I am also immensely grateful to Mr. Marlon Domantay, our distinguished Education GCV Ambassador; Mr. Anthony Nierra, our distinguished Ecosystem GCV Ambassador; and distinguished Ms. Lerma Ablan, our Merchant Coordinator Ambassador, along with all our outstanding Philippine GCV Ambassadors, leaders, and merchants for their hard work and invaluable contributions. Strong and effective leadership is essential for the success of any initiative, particularly within the Pi Network social practice. We have observed significant advancements in our ecosystem development and educational efforts, which are attributable to the exemplary leadership demonstrated by all our GCV Ambassadors. Our Open Network has passed on February 20th, 2025, we await the official announcement of Pi's value but we didn't see it. Currently, we see Pi priced at a few dollars in the exchange market. Many pioneers may have lost trust in CT and GCV due to misunderstandings about the Pi Network and our relationship to it. A clear understanding of Pi and Dr. Nicolas's vision will help us align our goals and behavior towards collective success. Recognizing the importance of unity will emphasize the key role of collaboration. We are in the first stage of OM, still tasked with many objectives yet to be completed. We need all pioneers to collaborate. After two and a half years, we've successfully created GCV for the blockchain ecosystem, coded on GitHub. Following the launch of the Open Network, with Pi now listed on the exchange market and regulated by the US SEC, it is crucial for pioneers to work together to stabilize Pi's price as a stable coin on exchange market. It's essential to ensure all lower-priced Pi is purchased by us to unify its market price to GCV. CT's goal is for Pi to function as a digital currency, but now we have no choice but to be listed on exchange market as a coin, so we must support buying and refrain from selling during this critical phase. WE need to make the Pi price lifted to GCV from our community and attract outside investors. Now we enter a pivotal moment: we must assist the exchange market in reaching GCV levels as soon as possible. We urge pioneers to refrain from selling below GCV and to prioritize buying Pi on verified exchanges. If we pull together, we can achieve GCV very fast. CT has outlined two essential functions for Pi: one as a stable coin in the exchange market and the other as a valued currency. Both GCV value and price are encoded on Gibthub and we must build strong confidence in this. Dear Philippine community leaders, merchants, and pioneers, let’s continue our collaboration with CT to ensure that the Pi Network is fully decentralized, implementing the GCV source code effectively. Through our combined efforts, we can establish Pi as a super-sovereign currency in the long term, forging a new era of cryptocurrency and prosperity for all. I wish today’s conference tremendous success and thank you for your tireless dedication and selfless contributions. Doris Yin🪷🪷🪷 Founder, Global GCV Movement March 2nd, 2025

Greetings, global pioneers! Happy Saturday!🌹🌹🌹 I hope this message finds you well and in high spirits. This Saturday, I encourage you to reflect on all the good things life offers. Spend time with your loved ones, enjoy moments of rest, and cherish the blessings you have. Remember that this is the foundation upon which Pi Network was built a community that values love, support, and hard work. As pioneers, we can significantly impact and achieve financial stability while supporting the Pi community. Finding a job is an excellent way to ensure financial stability and not expect to sell Pi. It is important to understand that solely focusing on completing the KYC process and exchanging Pi to fiat currency, without having a job, can lead to feelings of anxiety and depression. Additionally, selling Pi will not solve any financial difficulties and may cause you to miss out on potential wealth opportunities. As a suggestion, all global pioneers should secure a job before the launch of OM. If you are unable to find a permanent job, consider finding a temporary job, especially in the next 3-6 months. By working during this period and refraining from selling Pi, we can speed up the KYC and migration process, ultimately leading to the launch of OM.✌️✌️✌️✌️ In addition, spending more time with our family can bring harmony to our lives and help us gain their support, which is crucial in achieving our goals. Even small contributions to the Pi community, such as posting "thank you," "I support GCV," "I love Pi Network," or "we are a big family and we support each other," can go a long way in making a difference. If you don't understand why we support GCV, take your time to read and observe instead of posting negative comments. Remember, most pioneers catch up and support each other, so if you missed the class, don't worry, and learn from others who did well. Let's work together and make a difference while achieving our goals. In my previous post, I emphasized the importance of having a strategy and tactics to help you manage your group and community efficiently without wasting too much time. To ensure that your group runs smoothly, it's crucial to establish a sense of unity and ground rules. Remember, the group is not a platform to post anything and everything, especially fake news and misleading information. Mutual respect is non-negotiable, and any attack or smear will not be tolerated. Only share information about GCV education and activities. By following the guidelines provided, you can manage your group efficiently with just half an hour of effort each day. As a group owner or moderator, it is your responsibility to ensure that pioneers study in the correct direction. Please refrain from using fake news to attract and paralyze pioneers, as it will only cause anxiety and hatred towards Pi Network. Education is a top priority. But what exactly is education? In the context of Pi Network, education means helping pioneers understand what Pi Network is and why it has not taken the same steps as Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. Pi Network's mission is to resolve technology, financial, and currency problems and apply these benefits in our daily lives. It's important that all pioneers pay attention and not just look at the exchange market. While exchange markets can benefit some investors, they can also lead to significant losses. If you read what Dr. Nicolas has said, you will understand why he has invested so much money, almost a decade, into Pi Network as a real blockchain technology to help our world and society. He cannot achieve this goal without the support of all 50 million pioneers. It's important that we work together to make Pi Network a success. The following is a set of recommendations for pioneers interested in GCV . Our first step should be to understand why we need $314,159 and what measures pioneers should undertake to achieve this goal. To succeed, pioneers should make use of easily accessible resources and avoid unnecessary expenditures and risks. In this context, I recommend that pioneers develop the skills necessary to become self-learners, given the wealth of information available on my Twitter. I have received many questions about GCV from pioneers through Twitter. It can be overwhelming to respond to each one individually, especially when I have my daily work to do. I advised pioneers to become self-learners and cultivate patience and perseverance in studying. It's important to take the time to learn and understand things on your own, and not solely rely on others for answers. I would like to acknowledge the suggestions of Canadian merchant Mengmiao for the creation of the website OrientalPurpleLotus, which serves as a platform to share my articles and videos. This website will enable global pioneers to access my posts with greater ease. I will publish the website when it is ready. I apologize for being unable to respond to all of the private messages I receive from pioneers. While I act as a GCV ambassador focused on education, I do not have the capacity to act as a global community leader. For information on specific regions, I advise pioneers to consult their respective community leaders. It is pivotal to emphasize the importance of mutual trust and support in achieving success, and I urge pioneers to refrain from attacking one another. I am elated to witness the success of the Malaysia Community led by Mr. Patrick and other exceptional community leaders in organizing the Xin Shan Barter support GCV event yesterday. The event drew around 500 pioneers from Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, and mainland China, generating thousands of GCV data. I extend my gratitude to the Malaysia community for their dedication to GCV education and barter support. Additionally, I commend the Barter organizers and merchants for their generous support and hard work. Their contributions are an inspiration to all global pioneers to learn from their success.✌️✌️✌️✌️👍👍👍 I look forward to the Philippine community's upcoming barter event on Mar. 10th., which will be led by Ms. Lumari and other outstanding community leaders. I express my gratitude to them and extend my best wishes for a successful event.👏👏👏 I encourage all pioneers to join my GCV group, enabling them to share information with their respective groups. The global GCV group and the Chinese GCV group two such communities. This message is coming to you from my cozy office, where I am surrounded by beautiful music and fragrant candles. I will continue to share Malaysia's fantastic barter videos and photos with you and post speeches from myself and other Chinese community leaders. Stay tuned... Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷

🌏 Speech for Thailand GCV Industry Alliance Conference September 14, 2025 – Vayupak Grand Ballroom, Bangkok Dear Thailand GCV Ambassadors, merchants and pioneers, Dear Ms. Rung Arun Maneecho– Head GCV Ambassador, Mr. Phupanthong Chishomphu – Ecosystem Development Ambassador Mr. Banjong Wongnarong– GCV Education Ambassador Thank you very much for your kind invitation to this Thailand GCV Industry Alliance Conference. Although I cannot be present in person or live video because it is a.m. in my time zone, I feel your passion, persistence, and commitment deeply. Thailand is an amazing community. A few months ago, I saw pioneers here actively supporting GCV. I thought: How wonderful if Thailand could join the GCV Ambassador family. Soon after, Ms. Lumari told me she received Thailand’s Ambassador application. That moment felt like destiny. Since then, I have watched your leadership grow: Ms. Rung Arun Maneechot – guiding with wisdom and vision. Mr. Phupanthong Chishomphu – developing the ecosystem with energy. Mr. Banjong Wongnarong educating pioneers with dedication. Your GCV Ambassadors structure in 74 provinces and countless barter activities are shared across our network. Each time, Ms. Lumari proudly says: “Thailand community is amazing because they have amazing community leaders!” Even though you joined not long ago, your community is united, efficient, and inspiring. That is why I rarely have speech in your group—you already have great leaders who carry our strategy forward under Ms.Lumar’s guidance. Today marks another milestone: the beginning of Thailand’s GCV Industry Alliance. With many merchants joining this event, I want to explain why this alliance is so important. And big congratulation on Thailand GCV Industry Alliance has been successfully established. Why Do We Need the GCV Industry Alliance? Because this is how we bring Pi’s vision into real practice—how Pi payments benefit ordinary people and real businesses. We have done many barter activities and created total around 20 million GCV data and Thailand has created above 1 million, but their influence is limited. Merchants care about deeper questions: Can I use Pi to pay my suppliers? Will cooperation bring me more sales? Can it reduce my advertising costs and increase competitiveness? As a CPA and Tax Professional, I know why businesses fail. The main issue is not only lack of customers, but also lack of cash flow. Many companies wait months to receive payments. Some customers are never paid. This is why accountants record bad debts—a painful reality for businesses everywhere. The GCV Industry Alliance offers a solution. With partial Pi and partial fiat, merchants can cover costs in fiat immediately, while using Pi for profit. Each merchant can set their own Pi partial rate, as long as products remain competitive. When the business customer cannot pay off all the Account Receivable, but if they only need to pay partial of FIAT, they can have the ability to pay more back. And partial Pi payment can attract more business customers. After OM, all merchants will use fixed Pi to FIAT rate for full Pi payment and the merchants have the customers already. So, all merchants please make sure your FIAT can cover all cost and some partial of profit. Only partial of profit in Pi payment. This will make sure all merchants won’t incur loss. Think about it: pioneers buy groceries and essentials every day. Why not channel that demand into a system where everyone benefits? Retail chains will gain steady customers. By linking retailers to wholesalers and to suppliers, and suppliers to factories, every level of the chain can profit. That means merchants who join GCV Industry Alliance can have competitive advantages because they can reach millions of pioneers. Beyond national trade, Industry Alliances also prepare us for international trade. Each country has unique strengths. By connecting across borders, we share competitive advantages and build a stronger global economy under GCV. And most importantly, this positions us for the next stage. A strong Industry Alliance will speed our journey to Open Mainnet at GCV. After OM, it can reduce selling pressure on Pi and make conversion to fiat possible and sustainable. Closing This is why I strongly encourage merchants to join the GCV Industry Alliance. The benefits are clear: higher sales, stronger competitiveness, healthier cash flow, and long-term stability. I believe Thailand will have a very successful Industry Alliance. Finally, I wish today’s conference great success. Thank you to the Thailand GCV community for your amazing contributions. Together, we are building the foundation for Pi’s global future. Thank you. Doris Yin Founder, Global GCV Movement 9/14/2025
