They were supposed to get him at 5pm, 5pm comes around and nobody came. He calls them at 5:10 to see what happened and if they were coming. He ended up having to get to Enterprise himself to speak to the manager, the manager claims he was being a jerk and tells him he won’t rent him a car and to leave.
