We also built the Pan-American Highway that connects Panamá City with Costa Rica. My family paid 1/3 of the price of it as we provided the gravel (2014-2020) 2024 case Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, the Supreme Court overturned the 40-year-old Chevron deference doctrine, which required courts to defer to federal agencies' interpretations of ambiguous laws. The 6-3 decision, written by Chief Justice Roberts, ruled that the Chevron framework violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA).
