@MarkJCarney This is factually incorrect If you want cheaper houses you must cut regulations and make development easier. Gov creates the scarcity by adding bureaucracy. Took me 18 months 10k to get 1 lot off a large parcel in ON, in NC they asked how many you want and takes$1500 & 3 weeks
