Excellent write-up. "Fired as banker. Then 90 deals and A$50m of EBITDA" Brett worked at several accounting firms and became frustrated by their management and ownership structures... left and launched his own. Brett Kelly initially expected to own 75% but changed the structure to 51% for Kelly+Partners and 49% for the local partner. An owner who wants to fully cash out will never take this deal, but those who want more upside will find that selling 51% makes total sense. It's important to add that KPG targets 35% subsidiary EBITDA margins, compared with an industry average of roughly 18% to 19%. Enjoy. Feel free to share this video direct from Your own account, We all own the content because these People, these Children are all Dead because of Us. The Video is Pictures of the Victims of Muslim Terrorism, carried out on GB soil! In nearly all cases the terrorists had been attending Mosques in GB. I am not there, I do not sleep— I am the thousand winds that blow I am the diamond glints in snow I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle, autumn rain. I'm a little shocked. last 9 consecutive World Cup matches called correctly by this thing i built a couple weeks ago.. so the way it works is simple... to be clear, i'm not using AI or any of that LLM stuff because honestly a chatbot has never watched a football match in its life... and you can tell when it tries to pretend it has. instead i'm using regular numbers, the stuff sports analysts have been using for decades. i trained my modal with this data: > FIFA's official world ranking, because that gives you the baseline of how good each team actually is on paper > an Elo rating, the same system chess uses, which updates faster than FIFA so it catches teams that are getting hot or falling off > the last 5 matches each team played with goals scored and conceded, because momentum in football is real even when the squad on paper hasn't changed > expected goals (xG) from those same 5 matches, which measures how many goals a team SHOULD have scored based on the quality of chances they created, because raw goals can be misleading when one team got lucky with a long shot and the other missed three open chances > i also keep feeding it with player injuries and suspensions for the matchday squad, because if a team is missing their top scorer or first-choice keeper the whole calculation has to shift and the model weights that drop in > the all-time head-to-head history, because sometimes one team just has another team's number for whatever reason and the raw rankings don't catch that pattern on their own > a simulation that runs each potential match thousands of times in the background so the model can also tell you who's most likely to win the entire World Cup, not just any single match ▫️Here's what a prediction actually looks like look at the screenshot. it's Argentina vs Austria. the model picks Argentina to win 2-1, gives them a 71% chance against Austria's 7%, with a 22% chance of a draw... { argentina won by 2-0 } what i like is it tells you exactly why, not just gives you a number. - Argentina is ranked #2 in the world while Austria is #24. - Argentina has won their last 5 matches scoring 15 goals and conceding only 1. - Austria has 4 wins and a draw in their last 5 with 11 goals scored and 3 conceded. - And the two teams have only played twice ever, with the last match being a 1-1 draw all the way back in 1990. so you're not taking the prediction on faith, you can see exactly what's driving it. i love what i have built... feel free to drop any 2 World Cup teams in the comments and i'll run the model for you tonight..

The complete playbook for building profitable companies in the AI age 1. Go heads down 2. Find an underserved niche + trend backed by data (start small) 3. Learn their painpoints/what content drives them 4. Come up with an idea (or steal one from Idea Browser) 5. Build an audience/community (pick 1 platform) 6. Use Manus/v0/Bolt/Lovable/Cursor to build v1 7. DM your audience, offer a discounted version 8. Reinvest that cash to fund product/content flywheel 9. Keep team small (AI is your co-founder) 10. Automate ~90%+ with agents/zaps etc 11. Reinvest profits into content + core features 12. Partner with creators in exchange for equity (1–20%) or rev share (20–50%) 13. Keep surfacing new ideas from users + trends (use agent feature on pro Idea Browser) 14. Build public-facing tools to drive top-of-funnel 15. Add modular pricing: free → $29 → $299 → $3K 16. Turn manual services into productized features 17. Build in public to attract users, partners, and acquirers 18. Bundle into an ecosystem, not just a single feature 19. Own the loop: audience → product → content → more audience 20. Run sprints on retention (fix that leaky bucket) 21. Backfill with AI agents before hiring ops roles 22. Test new channels with throwaway brands 23. Monetize the backend, sell data, leads, APIs if applicable 24. Have fun 25. Repeat. Build a portfolio 26. Share hires, tools, and infrastructure across products 27. Acquire underperforming products with distribution upside 28. Relaunch or bundle existing apps using your playbook 29. Create a holding company brand people want to follow (this is exactly what im doing, practicing what im preaching) 30. Build long-term wealth with no outside investors and infinite spins 31. Cross-promote wins across your product ecosystem to drive flywheel growth 32. Create an internal idea-to-launch pipeline (every 30 days, something ships) 33. License or clone successful products into new verticals or geos 34. Recruit niche operators to run individual products for cash + upside/profitshare 35. Build once, compound forever... audience, code, and trust all stack This is the greatest time to be an idea person. Happy building.

⚡️🇷🇺New full length interview from Andrey Gregoriev callsign "Tuta", with even more crazy details, particularly about the second counterattack assault which came after Andrey had already eliminated the first Ukrainian in the now-famous death match: It's a total hell that Andrei went through. There's no movie like this. It turns out that the hand-to-hand fight was only the beginning of a heavy battle. Andrei thought he had killed the AFU soldier with a line from his house. He went out and came face to face with him. He was scared - they fell to the ground, fighting to the death. At the very beginning of the melee he cut his hand with his own knife. But he defeated the enemy, silently and as fast as he could - the territory was under the AFU, there would be no help for sure - the Russian units were 6 km away. He said goodbye to the dying Khokhl, threw him a grenade and then finished him off with a shot: “he was mumbling something”. He went down to the basement of the house - examined his wounds, rewrapped himself. The vest was torn at the straps, the helmet didn't fit over his head - his right ear was swollen. I got up and took the radio from the AFU soldier. On the other side they were preparing a counterattack of 6 storm troopers. The enemy knew and saw the fight - they even argued on the air whether he was a Tuvinian or a Yakut. Six of them came, actively started pelting him with grenades, calling whether he was alive or not. Andrei was silent. The AFU men argued who would go to check him - one of them went, ours put him down at once. Again grenades and smoke grenades to smoke him out. Andrei soaked his hat in water and breathed like that. Then they argued again and sent one to check him - he put him in 300, he shouted for help. They ran out of grenades and decided to burn Andrei - they threw a “lighter” and then decided that he was dead. It was already evening around 22 hours. Today’s episode is titled “A Message For Men”. I sit down with my friend Todd Peterson to unpack some of the most meaningful conversations we have had over the years about faith, leadership, marriage, and the hidden risks that come with success. We talk candidly about why so many men fall at the peak of their influence and how isolation, pride, and lack of accountability quietly take hold. Todd shares hard-earned perspective from his own life, including lessons from his NFL career, his walk with Jesus, and decades of mentoring men through seasons of growth and unraveling. This conversation is deeply personal, reflective, and grounded in the practical realities of what it means to live with humility, conviction, and purpose. We discuss: - Why isolation and unchecked success often lead great men to fall - The role of humility, confession, and accountability in long-term leadership - How marriage and trusted relationships shape a man’s character and decisions - The difference between being saved and actively walking in the Spirit - Why meaningful impact is always built through collaboration, not independence This episode is for anyone wrestling with ambition, faith, leadership, or the desire to build a life that holds up over time. Todd Peterson is the interim CEO and Chairman Emeritus of Seed Company, a world leader in accelerated Scripture translation. Seed Company has partnered with more than 900 other agencies to cumulatively impact more than 1,100 language groups over the last 20 years. Peterson was drafted in 1993 by the NY Giants, leading to a 13-year career in the NFL where he also played for Seattle, Kansas City, San Francisco and Atlanta. He set a number of team records and two NFL records – one of which is since broken (most 40-plus-yard field goals in a season). He was named NFL True Value Man of the Year for the Seahawks in 1996 and twice received the NFL Players Association Byron “Whizzer” White award for excellence in character and leadership on his teams. He was twice nominated for the NFL’s Bart Starr Award. Peterson retired in 2006 as one of only 34 players to score over 1,000 points. He is the only player in NFL history to make game-winning field goals for five or more different teams. 4:04 - Why great men “fall” 08:51 - Success-induced isolation 14:42 - Sin 21:50 - Salvation 24:01 - A day in Todd’s life 31:00 - Living in a biblically illiterate world 36:22 - The importance of marriage 50:27 - Having a close group of men in your life 56:01 - Having a relationship with Jesus is hard 1:09:40 - Undeserved favor

🚨🇺🇸 🇮🇱EXCLUSIVE: I ASK AMBASSADOR HUCKABEE THE TOUGH QUESTIONS ABOUT ISRAEL Few U.S diplomats in history have walked into a storm quite like this. Ambassador Ambassador Mike Huckabee has led a state, advised presidents, shaped policy at the highest levels, and built a reputation as one of America’s most seasoned political minds. Now he holds what many call the hardest ambassador post in the world - representing the United States in Israel at the very center of a war that has divided the globe. In this no holds barred conversation, I pressed Huckabee on the strike in Qatar, America’s unbreakable alliance, the UN’s Palestinian state push, Hamas looting aid claims, Israel’s changing role in the world, and the endgame for peace. 03:43 – “It was their decision and their decision alone… It was not a US decision.” – on Israel’s strike in Qatar. 05:22 – “We maintain our alliance with Israel… it is solid, hasn’t been fractured or broken.” 08:11 – “This stunt at the UN to declare a Palestinian state is utter nonsense… all it’s done is further complicate Gaza.” 09:22 – “Europe gave Hamas what it wanted for free… and it killed negotiations instantly.” 11:57 – “Gaza was a 100% Palestinian state… they built tunnels to kill Jews while leaving their citizens vulnerable.” 13:27 – “We’re not going to participate in this at the UN… our objection is very strenuous.” 17:58 – “Hamas has to go. Letting them stay would be like letting the Nazis stay in Germany after World War II.” 20:54 – “I’ve seen with my own eyes… men with weapons looting food trucks. That’s not starving civilians – that’s Hamas.” 24:39 – “The stolen food is what has kept this war going… Hamas sells it at outrageous prices.” 25:59 – “More has gone into Gaza than any war zone in human history – yet Israel gets blamed for starvation.” 28:01 – “No country warns its enemies before a strike the way Israel does – not even the U.S.” 30:21 – “This isn’t a nation-state war. Hamas has no moral boundaries. They want civilians to die for propaganda.” 34:06 – “If Israel wanted to commit genocide, they could’ve flattened Gaza in 3 hours, but they haven’t.” 38:35 – “If Hamas lays down its arms, the war is over. But if Israel lays down its arms, they get another October 7th.” 42:19 – “Everyone says there should be a Palestinian state, but where is it, and who’s going to run it?” 44:39 – “If Macron wants a Palestinian state so badly, maybe he should offer land on the French Riviera.”

21 Rules of $KASPA 1. Those who understand buy Kaspa. 2. Those who don’t, criticize Kaspa. 3. Everyone is against Kaspa before they are for it. 4. You will never be done learning about Kaspa. 5. Kaspa is powered by chaos. 6. Kaspa is the only game in the casino that we can all win. 7. Kaspa is the one thing in the universe that you can truly own. 8. Everyone gets Kaspa at the price they deserve. 9. Only buy Kaspa with the money you can’t afford to lose. 10. Tickets to escape the matrix are priced in Kaspa. 11. Kaspa insight is restricted to those with a need to know. 12. All your models will be destroyed. 13. The cure to economic ill is the orange pill. 14. Be for Kaspa, not against Fiat. 15. Kaspa is for everyone. 16. Learn to think in Bitcoin & Kaspa. 17. You don’t change Kaspa, it changes you. 18. Laser eyes protect you from endless lies. 19. Respect Bitcoin & Kaspa, or it will make a clown out of you. 20. You do not sell your Bitcoin & Kaspa (unless you understand marketcycles) 21. Spread Bitcoin & Kaspa with love. 22. Bitcoin was the testnet of Kaspa 23. Bitcoin = digital Gold, Kaspa = digital silver 24. Kaspa = 600x faster than Bitcoin (soon 6000x faster) Just have a look at: (change to 10BPS --> end of Q1 implemented) 25. Kaspa solves the Trilemma (read it again) 26. 90% of all KAS in circ supply 27. In 2 years $KAS is already more scarce then $BTC 28. Already 2nd biggest hashrate. Compare with $BTC MC 10 years ago = bigger hashrate already 29. Like $BTC = Firstmover. BTC = first blockchain KAS = first Ghost Blockdag 30. Marathon (biggest publicly listed BTC mining company) is now involved in $KAS Mining BONUS: Binance, Coinbase, VCs & KOLs initially ignored $kas because they had no control over it. Now they’re forced to chase what they once dismissed. Our lesson? Follow the tech, don't go against it. Don´t sleep on it Michael Saylor and just read "The book of Kaspa" #micdrop 🫳🎤
