A Bellevue, Washington man, Cedric Dorsey II, was sentenced to 35 years in prison after prosecutors used his own social media posts as part of the case against him. Authorities said Dorsey, who went by “CCC Cash Chasin Ced” and posted lines like “I’m so Pimpish,” was convicted at trial on charges that included human trafficking, promoting prostitution, and unlawful possession of a firearm. Investigators said the case began in 2024 after officers responding to a domestic violence report noticed signs of trafficking, and the victim later told police Dorsey was posing as her boyfriend while forcing her into sex work and taking the money. Reports say detectives tied in evidence from Bellevue, Kent, Renton, and even Las Vegas, with prosecutors pointing to his online posts as proof of how openly he glorified the lifestyle that ultimately helped build the case against him.
