Adobo is so simple to cook like just vinegar, lots of garlic, pepper, and soy sauce (can even be optional) why do you guys always make it complicated. Sure every Pinoy family has a recipe that adds something to it, but mirin and olive oil? Bake? Meron ba nyan sa suking tindahan?
