too bad Pinterest doesn't care about retaining users. They have an aggressive AI spam bot which suspends users who haven't spammed & they deactivate accounts of artists/creatives who supposedly violate the ill defined community standards rule. Worse, their help desk doesn't help

Please… if there’s anything I can ask of you—look deeper than the headline. When you see something that makes you think we’re awesome, research the nuance, Google what details may have been omitted. If we were doing fantastic, we wouldn’t be in a recession… we wouldn’t have had to google what a technical recession even was. And our charts would not have consistently been on a downward trend.

You owe it to every single person in your company to make sure the best person is in the right role at any given time. If we were complacent and said, "You're a VP because you've been here 10 years, the person underneath who's been here two years, that is much better, that we're not getting into that VP role, is going to leave.
