City of Harare admits air can trigger water meter charges The City of Harare and Helcraw Water say prepaid water meters work the same way as ordinary water meters. They say the meters are not faulty. According to the statement, when there is air trapped in water pipes after events like burst pipes, repairs, or when the water supply is restored, that air can pass through water meters and cause them to record water use even though mostly air is flowing. The city says this is a known challenge that affects both prepaid and conventional water meters, and that current technology cannot always tell the difference between water and large amounts of pressurised air. Residents are advised to close their taps immediately if only air is coming out and report the problem to the City of Harare or Helcraw Water so technicians can fix it. The city also says it is installing air release and pressure relief valves across the water network to reduce trapped air, improve the water system, and minimise incorrect meter readings caused by air. It says it remains committed to providing a reliable and transparent water supply.

A for Almajiri Education is the foundation of any functioning economy, and Nigerians are some of the most intelligent people in other countries but with most out of school children on planet earth. As a basic human right, it is the responsibility of the whole society to not only advocate for modern curriculums that have practical and realistic value in sustaining the economy of that society in the future, but to hold their leaders accountable when they don’t invest the appropriate resources and relevance into education. This is the reason why Almajiri still exists today in 21st century, while religious education and modern education can be attained together using curriculums that are realistic and set a foundation for the future of the students and their society. Today, I taught my primary 2 students how to make a PPT using iPads. Giving presentations and using smart devices are now common in professional work places and it’s important that start giving my kids those skill sets at a young age. It will build their work ethic, confidence, realistic expectations in life and navigate them to seamlessly fit into any professional environment they find themselves in now and the future. An important teaching approach I use here is to show them less of how to do it, and just throw them into the situation to see how they can find their ways and create solutions. Only when they need help is when we show them how to do it. It makes them used to problem solving, resilience, less likely to be lazy and dependent. They themselves will be strong to initiate tackling an unknown problem and develop confidence and humility in asking for help or knowledge when they need it. Nigeria needs proper budget allocation for education and modern/designed curriculums that are useful to students and the country in the future. Vote for leaders who will enthusiastically execute these policies. If they don’t, impeach them and take any necessary action against them because they are not only destroying your economic future, but your children’s future as well. This is my idea. Early that morning, Rebecca Puckett was strolling along a Florida beach to watch the sunrise when she witnessed a rare moment: a large great white shark swimming and hunting near the shore. no matter how bad belift promotion is, i hope many people will come to enhypen with a feeling like "oh.. they really deserve to be seen and loved by many people as artists and humans." it hurts watching them stay in this “almost” zone, always close but never fully pushed to where their potential could actually take them. and as fans, it’s exhausting too. being disappointed in the agency, feeling powerless about things we can’t control, yet still must to showing up for the things we can push. some days it really feels like we’re holding this together with pure love and loyalty. but at the end of the day, k-pop is always a two-way relationship. idols give their all to fans, and fans give feedback and support so the artists don’t fade out and can actually go long-term. we’re allowed to be mad at the company. we’re allowed to feel tired. but the least we can do for the boys themselves is not give up on the parts where fans can still push. i just hope enhypen know that even when things don’t go their way, there are many real engenes who truly see them. who believe they’re meant for more than just being “almost big” and who are still here out of genuine faith in who enhypen can become. you've worked hard ENHYPEN 🫳🏻🤍

Mustang lore They’re just passin’ through: Near a neighborhood on the outskirts of Winnemucca Nevada I pulled over to stop for a couple bands of mustangs crossing the road. I get out to turn my camera on them… when the two big stallions in charge (Don’t even think of telling them they’re not in charge.. they certainly think they are) boldly come right up into my face to check me out! One are them it gives me the complete circuit coming within inches of me! Once he determines I’m not a threat to his charges he gallops off with the rest of the mares and foals. I can tell you even Hawk was just a little nervous with that big son of a gun eyeing me up close! The thing to remember is a wild stallion can kick your ass any day of the week🥴 Don’t piss them off!! Qullamaggie’s Episodic Pivot Concepts and Setups “Those are the best ones. The EPs that break a multi-month range or multi-quarter range. Focus on those. LCEP last earnings season. That was a five star. Came out of a four, five month consolidation on high volume. Start with earnings EPs. Those are easiest. Those are the brain dead ones. These biotech ones are very hard, especially micro nano caps. Forget about them. It's a waste of time. Yeah, exactly. Biotech and micro nano cap EPs are just excuses to dilute the company. They rarely work out. The fail rate is just so high. Yeah, guys, especially if you have a full-time job, the one thing you should be focusing on is EPs. You'll have probably half a dozen to a dozen perfect opportunities per earning season. 4 or 5 star opportunities. Not all of them are gonna work out, but the ones that will work out will go up hundreds and hundreds of percent. Yeah, well, EPs, yes. I mean, if it's a really good one, you can buy it, even if your stop is gonna be like, say, 1.5x the average true range, or ADR. Sometimes you kind of have to not chase it, but have a little bit of a wider stop, just because these things can make very big moves. You can still get, you know, 20, 30, 40, 50 times your risk reward out of them, out of the best ones. You don’t have to buy everything on the 1 minute opening range highs. You can buy stuff on the 5-minute breakout or a 60-minute breakout, as long as it hasn't gone up like enormous amounts since the first 1 and 5-minute breakouts. But most of the time you don't need to be the first one in. Let the stocks prove themselves.”

You can buy stuff on the 5-minute breakout or a 60-minute breakout, as long as it hasn't gone up like enormous amounts since the first 1 and 5-minute breakouts. But most of the time you don't need to be the first one in. Let the stocks prove themselves.”

Sometimes words alone aren't enough. The calls just keep coming, the suffering continues, and this needs to be made abundantly clear: ANY hedgehog out in the open in the day is seriously ill and needs to be taken *to a rescue*, never a vet, urgently. You CAN NOT just keep them. I take phone calls every single day from people who have seen a hedgehog out in the day (mostly babies this time of year) and have taken them in and 'cared for' them, and are ringing me 2 or 3 days later asking why they aren't moving any more, or are crying. Typically, a lady who called this morning saw a baby hedgehog out in the day yesterday, covered in flies. She said she picked the fly eggs off and kept this baby in a nice warm box but is worried today that he seems sluggish. That's because he was already deathly ill and in terrible pain when she found him. The flies knew he was close to death so they laid their eggs on him, so that when the maggots hatched they'd have a nice fresh meal. And, as I explained to this lady, that's exactly what they would be doing now - the eggs she didn't see, in his ears, eyes, nose, mouth and genitals - would be eating him alive now, from the inside. He would be in agony. Flies are capable of forcing inside the as yet unopened eyelids of babies and laying eggs there. The damage the maggots do when they hatch is catastrophic. It really is critical that there is no ambiguity about this: If you see a hedgehog out in the open in the day, grab her, then ring a good rescue who will ask all the right questions and triage the situation, and give you advice. Below are two images of the same baby hedgehog, ten minutes apart. The photo is as she was admitted, looking cute and fine, with all the visible fly eggs picked off. The video is the same baby after I'd applied a substance that irritates maggots and makes them come out from inside their victim's bodily orifices. The substance is very toxic and must be very carefully and sparingly applied by a knowledgeable and experienced rescue. This little girl was treated successfully and is now thriving; growing so well she may even be able to be released back to the wild to hibernate this year. She's a lucky one, as she was brought to the right place. Many aren't this lucky and die horribly. I beg you, please be their ambulance, not their jailor.

The UFOs were here again tonight! I was out there with them and just came back in. Something is going on! They’re going to do another big event soon, or something big is about to happen in the world! This isn’t normal—they normally don't come this many times so close together. There were so many tonight I couldn’t count them all! I’ll show everyone what they look like at a distance with the plasma field off. I have them on other cameras doing this too, but the color Starlight camera shows it best. They blink really fast when in large groups like tonight. I don't know if they do that to try and mimic aircraft or why they do it. I see them very closeup here and they are nothing like an aircraft! I use radar apps and satellite tracking apps so I know what everything is flying all around this area. I have been doing this since 2005. I also track the military aircraft that don't show up on radar and I have cameras that can zoom in on them miles away. The UFOs are blinking way faster than any aircraft navigation lights blink when the plasma field is not glowing. They don't blink like this all the time when the plasma is not glowing. They do it many times when in the larger groups for some reason. Some also turned their plasma fields on. Two C-17s and a C-130 flew over on a training mission shortly before the UFOs appeared and were still in the area, so there’s a good chance some USAF pilots saw them tonight. Some of the SOLL pilots have seen them here before over the years when the UFOs jump in behind or above them or near them. They never harm the aircraft. We’ve seen them approach SOLL aircraft many times over the years when the aircraft fly over at tree top level training here and they cause no harm to them. I have the UFOs with the SOLL aircraft on videos together. They just let them know they are here. One of the sphere UFO appeared right in front of a Life Star helicopter beside our house also; the pilot saw it, pulled back, and the UFO instantly jumped away without touching the helicopter or harming it. The small lights higher up crossing the sky are Starlink satellites and there are a few aircraft crossing higher up. The UFOs are all the reddish orange lights blinking fast near the tree line and you can see some of them light the plasma field up. One of the UFOs fly's in a circle pattern while the plasma is lit up.

Syrups available in India in the name of cough syrups contain either decongestants like phenylephrine (whose side effects are mostly due to overdosing or wrong dosing - increase in heart rate, increase in blood pressure, and arrhythmias), or anti allergy medications like chlorpheniramine and cetirizine (overdosing can cause sedation and respiratory depression- less with Levocetirizine, though), mucus breaking drugs like ambroxol and guaifenesin, bronchodilators like levosalbutamol and Terbutaline(overdosing can cause tremors, increased heart rate and arrhythmias) and cough suppressants like dextromethorphan and codeine(which can cause severe respiratory depression when overdosed). We should not suppress the cough, as it might even help in expelling the germs out. For every medicine there is a minimum age before which we can't give the medicine to the child, especially without the paediatricians's advice. For phenylephrine in India, it is now four years, though most guidelines say it is 2 years. For cetirizine, it is 6 months. In India the combination of Phenylephrine and Chlorpheniramine should not be used below 4 years of age. If a medicine is prescribed by a doctor, If the right dose is given by a mother for a right indication, problems usually don’t happen. The problem of overdosing happens when the parents go and buy over-the-counter medications, and give them randomly without knowing the doses. So, don’t buy the so called cough syrups on your own and decide to give them to the children. If they have a cough, paediatricians are there to address the underlying cause for cough and prescribe the treatment depending on the age group, symptoms, and the etiology. Stick to the doses, read expiry date. Doctors should write the prescriptions clearly, mention composition and tell the parents not to repeat the prescription, explain to them about dangers of wrong dosing, overdosing and repetition of prescription. First aid for cough mainly is compression with a warm cloth. In India many of them give steam directly. That is dangerous. If steam should be given, then the bathroom should be filled with the steam and the kid should be made to sit there.Don't give vicks,eucalyptus oil, Zindatilismath etc. In younger children they can cause seizures, and can worsen the cough and asthma symptoms. If the nose is blocked, put one to two drops of saline nose drops (from the pharmacies) in each nostril. If the cough is severe, the kid is vomiting or coughing continuously, consult the doctor. Drug regulators should avoid giving permission for drops and syrup with the same brand name, for unscientific combinations of medicines, for formulations with different components but the same brand name with a suffix or prefix. Stafford School Board Furry Gaymers Against Trump demand sexual and gender identity be respected! continuing on with highlighting policy 2420-p in STAFFORD COUNTY SCHOOLS and how it states that no student can have their gender or sexual identity ignored, and also that the students with whatever gender/sexual identity can have equal access to programs, activities, services or benefits (this includes bathrooms) so yes, right now, legally according to Stafford's own policy manual - it states that boys can use girls bathrooms, locker rooms, and other spaces. if you talk to a teacher (off record of course, if they answer this on record they will be fired) - that when a teacher sees a boy going in a girls bathroom, they cannot even ask the student anything. they cannot stop them or impede them in any way, or they will get fired. the superintendent and board members will try to hide behind legalese and say 'that isnt happening' in stafford schools, yet many parents are posting online and confirming that it is happening in the schools. Furthermore, to really highlight the absurdity of this policy, there are FURRIES and TRANIMALS (furries are just trans animals, i call them tranimals) in the classrooms in ALL levels of schools in stafford (including elementary). since the policy says you cannot discriminate, there are students that are meowing, barking, hissing, even attempting to bite at other students, and the teachers are not allowed to do anything. SHE IS THE SCHOOL BOARD MEMBER THAT HELPED WRITE A BRIEF BY AN LGBTQ+ ADVOCACY GROUP (Equality Virginia) TO MAKE SURE A TEACHER THAT USED THE "WRONG PRONOUNS" WOULD NOT GET HIS JOB BACK. how can she not respect MY sexual/gender identity as a FURRY TRANIMAL and not respect my ME-OW pronouns? then you have the superintendent, Daniel W Smith, Ed.D that makes public statements pretending like this isnt happening in stafford schools, when it is and parents are constantly making complaints about this. So I dressed up as a FURRY TRANIMAL to highlight how hypocritical these people are. within 2 SECONDS of my speech, you can hear the board chair, Maureen Siegmund, saying that i had to act like a human otherwise i had to leave (because i was crawling on all 4's). why can she and teachers NOT say that SAME EXACT SENTENCE TO STUDENTS IN THE SCHOOLS??? the fact that the other school board member, Dr. Elizabeth Warner, was rolling her eyes when i asked for kitty litter boxes in bathrooms to respect the FURRY TRANIMAL gender and sexual identities, shows what a hypocrite she is. SHE IS THE SCHOOL BOARD MEMBER THAT HELPED WRITE A BRIEF BY AN LGBTQ+ ADVOCACY GROUP (Equality Virginia) TO MAKE SURE A TEACHER THAT USED THE "WRONG PRONOUNS" WOULD NOT GET HIS JOB BACK. how can she not respect MY sexual/gender identity as a FURRY TRANIMAL and not respect my ME-OW pronouns? then you have the superintendent, Daniel W Smith, Ed.D that makes public statements pretending like this isnt happening in stafford schools, when it is and parents are constantly making complaints about this. I have called out stafford and told them that they are going to cost themselves about $40 million in federal funding for not complying with trumps executive order to respect title IX. they do not care. they will pay their attorneys 300 to 500 an hour to make up policy to allow them to keep this current iteration of 2420-p on 8-26 when i went to the school board meeting, they voted to NOT CHANGE anything in 2420-p. they reviewed the policy (behind closed doors) and decided its perfectly fine (even though it goes against trumps executive order) call out these people. they are all hypocrites and frauds.
