In a way, it keeps their desires. Dark Pit was more of a confidant manifestation of Pit. Incomplete, so he wasn't a perfect copy; but also not aligned with the Underworld. He sought to finish off Medusa, he sought to fly on his own, and he saw the faults of the gods.

since you post a lot of clips do you have one of chapter 4 when pit says something like when he wears claws he's part angel part beast and palutena calls him a cat? i got that dialogue one time and i haven't been able to get it again
