Pixeling more enemies for Vikings on Trampolines. Needed an enemy that could pop the balloons you're standing on. Like... a bird, that carries a saw. A Saw-Bird. Man... I made that beak real floppy. #pixelart #ドット絵 #gamedev

It's really nice seeing you post the basic sketch first, then how it evolves.

I'm waiting for the day you fake us all out and the final in game design is actually the first pass.

We did discuss allowing the player to swap to some of Jo's programmer art, but virtually everything else I sketch myself first, so it would be wildly inconsistent. I tend to draw on top of his doodles when they're so unhinged I need to keep it as is, hahaha!

As an example, this bird enemy was something we talked about briefly and when Jo did a blackboxing test. The bird was twice as big. I suggested it needed to be smaller, so he just shaved off the whole top of its skull. It was too insane looking not to keep as a base for my art.

LMAO even the lore is unhinged. Brilliant. Appreciate the peek behind the curtain on the process as well.
