I use multiple gloves… cut chicken, toss, new pair, repeat. He’s got a point though I doubt most people changing like that at these restaurants 🤔

I used to manage restaurants in my early 20s. What I observed was that people without gloves wash their hands constantly. And, like this man says, people with gloves would make food, then grab a towel and wipe the counter, grab a mop or broom…all while gloved…then return to making food. People are far more careful without gloves.
