@Wendys The old-fashioned salad bars were awesome! But Covid got rid of all of them

@Wendys Sadly Wendy's stopped their great salad bars many years ago..guess some bean counters at Corp decided it wasn't a big enough profit margin

My mother was a Pizza Hut waitress for a few years in the early to mid 80s. It was a rough life, and she almost never brought pizza home. If she did, it was someone else's mistake pizza and usually something awful like mushrooms and onions.

Why can't it be done? Pizza Hut and Domino's had great pizza. Both did away with the oven and welcomed the conveyor-belt cooking. The demise started. In-N-Out Burger and Raising Cane's both proved, "If you make a superior product, the people will come." This needs to happen in the pizza world.

@AllieJade1 I have to admit eating at Pizza Hut in the late 70’s early 80’s in western NC was very different than eating at a pizzeria in Northern NJ. In Northern NJ you may have known 1 or 2 people in the pizzeria, whereas in western NC you may have known 5 or 6 families.

Pizza was sooo good back then, really stretchy cheese. And you could play PacMan or Space Invaders while you waited.

Come home drunk and get asked where have you been PIZZA HUT😂😂😂

It was always very greasy, it pooled up on the metal tray. This town has 101 pizza joints, so im good. What I really mis is the price of a pitcher of beer before Covid. It tripled in price
