Giga Texas today is busy with production coming back up following the long weekend. Of interest today in the outbound lot is the appearance of hundreds of Mode; YL’s and many more Cybercabs and for the 1st time equipped with the Starlink module one the hatch in big numbers. At the Cybercab Launch Event last week, I talked to some employees who were very proud of the production ramp of the Model YLs and were looking forward to me flying to show you just how well the ramp is going! With the Cybercabs starting to be produced off the production line with the Starlink addition to the hatch, this may show that this has moved from the conceptual and testing phase to more of a production phase with the appropriate tooling and DIE changes rather than being retrofitted. Check out a Model YLs parked next to Cybercabs for a sense of the scale between the two vehicles!

I have ZERO desire to be in any drama over this adpocalypse shit. I'm pretty open with my community about how I run my stream/youtube/tiktok content and thought I could give a unique perspective as a gaming only streamer with a video on my new channel FlatsTV. But a clip blew up that's out of context so I wanted to provide a bit more Here is a part of my stream just earlier today where I revisited the topic to actually show and compare my August revenue to November. I chose these 2 as they are both at the start of big Overwatch events (Season 12 and Overwatch Classic launch) with drops enabled and very similar viewership/streamtime. If you know me and the way I operate I try to stay as far away from drama as possible (for better or for worse) but wanted to provide more info in hopes its at least somewhat helpful to the topic

At exactly 6am on 20th August 2019, four people entered a brand new studio and started a journey along an uncharted path. When I switched on the four microphones that morning I was excited at launching yet another station, but I also had butterflies in my stomach; would this work? Would the audience embrace four hours of non-stop talk during their busy morning commute? The four of us with CT Muga, Ndu Okoh and Njeri Thorne took on the new assignment with dedication and a true belief that we could do it. Outside of that studio was our producer Brian Evusa, the Programmes Controller Brian Obara and, although he wasn’t in the studio, the Radio General Manager Tom Japanni was present. It has been a great journey building The Situation Room to what it has become and we have very many people to thank, not least the team of producers, marketing, commercial, technical and other colleagues. The Situation Room has become the home of Kenya’s Biggest Conversations and it continues to host many thought leaders, community influencers, different professionals and duty bearers. The biggest part of this show has been the audience who tune in on radio, Tv or digital platforms. It’s humbling whenever people reach out on calls, text or approach us with compliments, comments and suggestions for the show. On this 6th day of January 2025, my heart is heavy as I bid kwaheri to the brilliant team of colleagues at Spice FM and the Standard Group. I am grateful for the opportunity to once again be a part of Kenya’s oldest private media house and I am proud of the teams that I leave behind in radio, TV and print. I love the thrill of creating and starting new things and I have been blessed to do just that. I was privileged to be there at the launch of Kenya’s first 24hr religious media house - Family FM and Family TV, the first 24hrs vernacular radio station - Kameme FM and the first 24hr news and information TV station - K24. Six Months ago, I launched an appeal for Femi who is battling Colon Cancer. It has been a very long ride but we thank God for where we are now. Femi is doing so much better and we are confident he will beat this cancer. After the initial surgery in May, we waited for the oncologist report to determine the next steps. We consulted with two different oncologist and the conclusions were more or less the same that he must undergo 12 cycles of Chemo at the first instance. Six Months ago, I launched an appeal for Femi who is battling Colon Cancer. It has been a very long ride but we thank God for where we are now. Femi is doing so much better and we are confident he will beat this cancer. After the initial surgery in May, we waited for the oncologist report to determine the next steps.
