I got to be in a movie with the Hand of the Queen 🐉. Peter Dinklage, Juliette Lewis and many more talented folks are in The Thicket. In theaters Sept 6. INDULGE!!! This is the movie I got that haircut for. It was gonna keep it for 2 weeks. Then y’all had jokes. So I kept it for 1.5 years. Stubbornness is my best quality.

Day 60 of the next 50 years was cardio with back and abs with a lil shoulders. Finally got to lat pulldowns for the first time in weeks. After some heavy T-bar I got them in! This helps keep me out of pain from my scoliosis so I train it no matter how I feel. A strong back is critical for a healthy bod. Go train!
