Have y'all checked with Dr. Ligma Bahls?

Absolutely, @UNEP. While recycling is a part of the solution, the stark reality is that a significant amount of plastic still ends up in landfills or polluting our oceans. At @DCarbon_Project, we advocate for scaling up new technologies that can fundamentally change this trend. Innovations in biodegradable materials, enhanced recycling processes, and circular economy models are critical. We must invest in these technologies now to pave the way for a sustainable future.

Western countries popularise everything just for the sake of money and when it comes to cleaning that dirt they pull off their hands putting onus on developing world . Irony !!!

Who would stop funding these polluters? @WorldBank needs to stop its greed

You have to go back to Indian tradition. Pattal dish, we used these dishes in bhandara in our childhood.

We should focus more on producing non plastic goods, request @UN to ask petrochemical companies not to produce plastic raw materials #SayNoToPlastic

All the industry needs is to close the circle. All plastic waste must become plastic resource. That will require involving the waste management people. Measure recycling efficiency and force it to get better. Tax unrecycled plastic.

I'd say Plastic is one of the greatest and versatile man-made invention. Getting rid of plastic is impossible until we get a replacement. The main problem is its recycling abd reusing. We need a new invention.

On top of the fact that plastic is not good for the environment. Only about 9% of the plastic collected for recycling ever makes into a usable material. Where the balance ends is very important and no one is talking about it.

Biggest worry is, is this the only thing gone wrong with modern science? Or we going to slowly find out, one by one but slowly!!!
