Hey Welsh Govt .. I was on the West Shore beach in Llandudno with my 3 grandchildren last week. The tide was out and the sand was littered with plastic bags/sheets that were covered with weed. They had clearly been at sea a while & got washed in as the tide receded. Any thoughts?
