Hey Welsh Govt .. I was on the West Shore beach in Llandudno with my 3 grandchildren last week. The tide was out and the sand was littered with plastic bags/sheets that were covered with weed. They had clearly been at sea a while & got washed in as the tide receded. Any thoughts?

Every supermarket in Wales should be liable for providing decent plastic recycling, after all, they are the main cause of waste due to their overuse of plastic packaging, and ban bubble wrap.
