CHELSEA FC CONTINUOUS 7v4 TRANSFER POSSESSION YESTERDAY MORNING ⚽ How It Works • Play is 7v4 in the active zone • Players in possession are limited to two touches • Complete a set number of passes before transferring into the opposite zone • Each successful transfer scores a point • If the pressing team regain possession, they can attack the mini target goals for bonus points when reversing team roles (encourages forward thinking in transition) • They can also transfer directly into the opposite zone to reverse team roles 🎯 Key Focus • Quick ball circulation • Good support angles • Scan before receiving • Recognise when to transfer play • Press aggressively after losing possession • Think forward immediately after regaining the ball A practice for developing possession, pressing and fast attacking actions in transition. 📌 Save this one, like and follow to get more. #ChelseaFC #FootballCoaching #Possession #TransitionPlay #FootballTraining #PlayerDevelopment #SoccerCoaching

Overload vs LBC I think I prefer Possession Game over Overload when playing agaisnt LBC since you do get better runs and a better defensive shape in Possession Game and you can actually counter Overload in a Possession Game if you play with wide players quite easily so I'll have to give the edge to Possession Game. Overload is more of an extreme controlling the game playstyle and also it is very weak when you are on a counter attack since your team just does not make any direct runs which you kinda need in eFootball especially.
