Can you fix the Crossover players not being received. I have restart my ps5 and logged into CUT 25 several times and still nothing. Also tried to create a case# and still have yet to receive an email though it was claimed I have got one. Can't reopen case. This needs to be fixed

I thought EA play members could play the game for ten hours before official release?
