There are two different engines here: the Stirling engine producing electricity, and the game engine using it. The creator links doom-nano, whose author describes a simplified raycaster with Doom sprites, closer to Wolfenstein 3D than the original Doom. That detail makes the engineering more interesting: the tiny generator is paired with a deliberately tiny workload
