My advice to people: Shut the social media off. Not forever — just give yourself a break. An hour is fine. Two hours, okay. Eight hours is too much and you know it. -Read a book. -Watch a YouTube lecture. -Do something that actually fills you up. And here's the other thing, doubting yourself and feeling pressure is normal. Take a breath. It doesn't mean something is wrong with you. But you have to manifest and get yourself into the right mindset. Read about positive actualization. Think big. Do it consistently and over time things start to shift in ways that surprise you.
