This is a pretty wild model! You can use it to turn an image into a 3D object with texture. The quality is out of this world! I'm not even a designer, and I've been using this nonstop for the last 2 hours. The model is Hunyuan 3D 2.1. It's open source. You'll find model weights, training/inference code, data pipelines, and architecture on their repository. You can even fine-tune it if you want! GitHub Repository: By the way, the model runs on consumer-grade GPUs. You don't need a datacenter for this! I've been using the model from the HuggingFace demo page: To use it, go to the link and upload an image. That's it! Check out the video I recorded for a couple of examples.

Web scraping is a critical skill, and yet nobody talks about it. How do you think companies are training their Large Language Models? Where do you think the data comes from? But web scraping goes beyond all of that. Imagine giving an AI agent access to any public online data in real time! I like to call this "web-scrapping on demand", and I'm pretty sure it's going to unlock unlimited power for AI applications. I recorded a quick video to show you how you can do this using Apify. I've talked about them before, and they are collaborating with me on this post. They have one of the best open-source web scraping and browser automation libraries out there: But it gets much better than this! You can use MCP to connect your AI Agents and applications to the Apify platform and use any specialized actor on demand to scrape and process online data. In the video, I used Cursor to scrape LinkedIn posts with the words "Machine Learning" in real time. Worked like a charm with no code needed! Dreamina Seedance 2.0 is by far the best video model I've tried, and Dreamina makes it even better. You can try it in the link below. It's not just about the quality of the output, but about how much control you have over your video's look. Watch my video here. I'm attaching reference images and asking the model to generate a video using them. I can reference each image using the @ symbol to instruct the model which image to use. You can even upload a clip and use its camera movement, styles from an image, and audio vibe from a track. By the way, you can take an existing video and replace, remove, or add elements to it while the model preserves everything else. This is the closest we've gotten to "editing videos like photos".

My Market Dashboard(Updated) My previous GitHub live site link experienced a sudden traffic surge from X (too popular?)and was flagged as bot activity, leading to a suspension. Without any reply from Github after 10 days, I decided to migrate the entire project to GitLab. Also, I added some new features to it, Multi-chart grid view, ETF Holdings and Market Breadth. But nobody wants to type HTML, so here is an alternative: This is an open-source tool for generating dashboards from data without writing a single HTML tag. You define your dashboard in YAML or TSK, and the tool will serve the HTML file for you. It comes with skills for Claude Code and Codex, so they know how to build these dashboards. And you can connect this to Postgres, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, and many other databases. Repo link below.

MCP is mind-blowing. Here is a genius setup that will earn you a promotion with your manager. I have multiple data sources: data in S3, MySQL, and local files. Using Spice (an open-source project), I can co-locate all of that data behind a single SQL endpoint and augment it using MCP. Before, accessing data was slow, and I had to make multiple requests to get anything. After using Spice, I can query the data much faster (since it's mirrored locally), and I don't have to worry about where the data is coming from. Spice acts as an MCP server, so I can connect to it from my IDE or the Claude Desktop app and have access to all the data. But even more cool than that: Spice also acts as an MCP client, so it can connect to other MCP servers. This is where things get really interesting! Watch the video. I'm querying multiple data sources from my IDE and using the Google Maps MCP server for driving directions.
