When you’re overwhelmed, burnt out, or chronically stressed you can go into dorsal vagal (or functional freeze). Here your thoughts will sound just like this. You’ll run through all you have to do, but your body is physically immobilized. Getting of bed or even brushing your teeth will feel exhausting because your body is in shutdown. Nothing is “wrong” with you. Your body is trying to defend itself. Please share for awareness.
