Instead, the Gwinnett election board significantly lied about these contents and did not hear almost 40,000 challenges — The board can pretend these didn't exist, but remember, they are all notarized affidavits that will hold up in a court of law” “What happened to these additional challenges? At the beginning of the year, I was presented with a new list of over 400 registrant addresses that were potentially non-existent. These are in addition to the 2,600 already submitted to Gwinnett County that were unlawfully never heard.
