I hope you make it. Next.js needs more fast, real-world apps, not just demos. Even cooler that Cal is open source. But this shows that migrating to the App Router and Next.js 15 doesn’t magically make an app faster. There are plenty of slow App Router implementations. Sometimes I think the migration should be more demanding. Not just a "min viable next 15" but a "significantly faster version by design"

Building fast apps is difficult no matter the tech And the most important for cal is definitely the customer facing app. That is what affects your bookings
