Captain Saurabh Kalia, a valiant martyr of the Kargil War, was killed by Pakistanis, who inflicted unspeakable horrors upon him. His body bore the marks of extreme cruelty, with cigarette burns, ruptured eardrums from heated instruments, shattered teeth and bones, a fractured skull, and eyes that had been cruelly punctured before being removed. His lips were cut, his nose chipped, and he suffered the loss of limbs and genitalia. Similarly, #GopalMishra fell victim to the merciless actions of extremists, enduring unimaginable suffering. His fingernails were brutally ripped away, and his body was a canvas of injuries, having been shot after enduring relentless torment from a barrage of blows and bullets that ravaged him from chest to neck. The sheer brutality exhibited in the killings of Hindus by both Pakistani and Indian Islamists bears similar horror.
