Had same problem for a week, called my ISP and they said it was a problem with how Riot was routing the connection, tried changing DNS setting, etc and nothing worked until I downloaded Cloudfare Warp which lowered my normal ping of 60ish to 40ish. Try it out, it's free.

Do you use a VPN? A few days ago, I had a similar issue. The VPN server was overloaded, but ping was fine in other games, except League. -I just changed the VPN sever.

I have the same issue, I had to use ExitLag to reroute my internet traffic properly to the server. Give it a try and lmk if that works.

routing issue to riot servers - either try changing dns on your pc (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4/1.1.1.1) or use a vpn like mudfish to change the routing for specific applications (league of legends is supported)

You can use a good VPN (I used Exitlag, no ad) and it fixxed it for me.

As someone already said change your DNS (manually set it up). Had a similar issue after switching to Win11 (ping went from 27 to 140).

They had "maintenance" yesterday. So they "fixed" the game.

i open obs and than league and cs lol manger for some reason the ms go to 200 and when i close league and open it backs to normal for like 16 MIN and goes again too 200 MS
