Thousands have travelled from across the Caucasus to join the search for a missing 8-year-old boy, after he was swept into the Sunzha River in Ingushetia, Russia, while reportedly trying to help another child. Despite freezing water, exhaustion and dangerous terrain, teams are still combing the river and shoreline. Divers, drones and rescue crews are working through some of the most difficult conditions imaginable. The search has now been going on for seven days. Still no sign of him.

Shelter security tootage from kennel 7, captured at 3:47 AM. His name is Teddy. He's 8 weeks old. He was found in a cardboard box on the side of the highway with his siblings - he was the only one who survived. When he arrived at the shelter, he wouldn't stop crying for his mother. A volunteer gave him an old donated teddy bear. He hasn't let go of it since. Every night, the camera catches him doing the same thing - checking she's still there, nuzzling into her chest, licking her face. He thinks the bear is his mother. Nobody has the heart to tell him otherwise. If Teddy moved you, please share him. Somewhere out there is the family he's bern waiting for…

GOFUND ME : FUND RAISER POST !! Earlier this year on Annapurna I, young Sherpa guide Dawa Nurbu Sherpa (26) gave the last of his oxygen to his client near the summit so the client could keep going. Both reached the top. Gofundme: (Anybody who is kind please do help him) On the descent Dawa became disoriented, lost the trail, and spent the night standing in a crevasse above Camp 4 at around 7,500 m in extreme cold. His radio died. The promised helicopter couldn’t reach him. When the team realised he was in trouble, Ashok lama (Rescue climber) climbed back up from C3, searched for hours, found him, and brought him down. He was later flown from Base Camp to Pokhara and into an ambulance. Dawa survived but the cold took seven of his fingers.

Your drone shot isn’t worth someone’s home, or someone’s life. Deputies responded to two grass fires along I‑25 near Castle Pines Parkway on Sunday. As the Douglas County firefighting helicopter approached to attack the flames, a drone was detected flying in the same airspace at the same altitude near the fire. That drone forced the helicopter to halt operations until it was grounded. With help from South Metro Fire Rescue 's technology, crews quickly tracked down the drone and its operator. Deputies cited him for obstructing firefighting operations. We get it, capturing the scene might seem exciting. But during emergencies, every second counts. Please keep drones out of active fire zones so our teams can protect lives and property without delay. ***Be sure you’re following all FAA rules and have the proper licensing and certifications required for your specific drone before you fly.
