* If you have visitors with you, please let them know they can still contact their usual GP practice for a telephone consultation * If you have a medical problem that's not critical or life threatening, please visit a minor injury unit or walk in centre. (3/3)

Marvellous..I was told 3 times to go to A&E or Minor Injuries Unit with a chest infection..by the receptionist at my go surgery...& I know I am not the only one...until you address gp receptionists telling people to go there..there is little point in telling the public not to go
