This is all based on public info. @America1stLegal NIAC and NIAC action received over $1.6M from the Ploughshares Fund from 2007-2021.

Joseph Cirincione, President of Ploughshares fund from 2008 - 2020. Helped with the establishment of the Quincy Institute. Left Ploughshares Fund to work at QI but quits because they were too dovish about the Russia's invasion of Ukraine. He is at Council on Foreign Affairs now.

This is all verifiable, in public domain, and mostly reference in the presentation document. These orgs get part of their funding from the Soros's Open Society and sometimes even pay each other. (The open society has also made direct donations to NIAC Action, Bourse and Bazaar, Crisis Group, and Quincy Institute)
