This goes for virtually all human behavior. Wives are out there poisoning their husbands, and there's no way to detect which wife is going to do that next, can we say "all wives are murderers". Women give men children that aren't theirs to raise, and there's no way to know which woman's going to do that next, so should we say "all women.." Women cheat on their partners, betrayal, gossip, etc. and there's no way to tell who has it in them to do that, so by his logic, can we say "all women cheat, lie, betray etc..." No one knows who's going to commit the next crime or atrocity, but we can't cancel the entire humanity because we don't know. And mind you percentage of people that commit these crimes in the group are far from being a majority. You don't go about calling all 8 billion people in the world "thieves, cheaters, murderers, pedophiles, liars etc." just because you can't detect who will do it next. It's just dumb.
