Thank you @realericmoutsos for sharing this 🎯 summary about the status quo.

Bullshat, I wrote a big long monologue but realized what’s the point? It’s simply boils down to this if we don’t charge for water then there’s no distribution if there’s no distribution do you know how to dig a well do you know how to extract water on your own? And the rest of it, the free human part of it I called bullshat. The slave system has never gone away, just expanded polished up and rebranded and I fear the day that I see what this guy is bloviating about come to fruition. show me an example of when humans have worked together 100% free of any coercion and built a successful civilization.

Nobody is going to build you a house out of the goodness for mankind. Nobody is going to lay pipe and water treatment so you can simply go to a faucet and grab a drink. Nobody is going to generate electricity and run wires to you home. Suck it up buttercup the world does not operate out from according to his ability, to each according to his need. This isn’t heaven where it’s sunshine and lollipops. We all operate out of our own self interest to get the cash. Man up.

You hear this guy? He lives in a house he didn't make. He drinks water from a faucet that is delivered to his home over pipes he didn't lay. Still, this ingrate has an issue. If he wants to live for free... go and roam the Serengeti and get the hell out of my community. This is what happens when you give welfare to people. They don't value anything in their lives because they earn nothing in their lives.

This is so dumb. Even without any other society around you just living and surviving will cost you work and sweat to make shelter, kill and cook food etc.

Your survival is either between you and the System (which takes money) or you and Mother Nature (takes a lot of labor, hopefully with a group of like-minded people). I'd much rather take my chances with nature (and have), but the options for owning arable land with good water have continued to shrink (become exorbitant), especially out in the western U.S. In essence, most of humanity is on artificial life support - what would happen to most people if the entire grid went down tomorrow? I don't like it, but here we are. If someone has figured an alternative, I'd love to hear it.

@CensoredSammi You know it’s over when powerful people raped children and the humans were like “crazy now what’s for dinner”?

The only threat is numbers. Let someone tell you what you are going to do and then you tell them you are going to unalive them if they try to make you. The winner in the end is ideology in numbers. Who ever has the most support wins. We are in this prison, because we don’t have enough people that support doing what it takes to get out.

@ViKu1111 We're still slaves the only thing that's changed is the illusion of freedom

Liberty is not Freedom In naval tradition, "liberty" means authorized shore leave, a permission for free time off the ship. Sailors get "liberty call." Privilege within a system of rules or authority. Freedom, generally means the absence of restraint, coercion, or bondage.

Well, you see somebody has to build the infrastructure to carry the water to the neighborhood. Somebody has to treat the water to make sure that it’s drinkable. Somebody has to do all that work and they have to have a way to pay the employees that keep that water running

Did this guy ever think that It's not the water or electricity you're paying for, but the convenience of flipping a switch or turning on a faucet to have instant access to these resources....grow up and quit taking everything for granted. smh.

Taxation is theft, govt. debt is serfdom, permits are tyranny Fee's for services is the cost of providing for a need, personal borrowing is a voluntary action by both parties, your property is what you earn, create, produce, protect to sustain yourself & family

We pay gor all the water treatment plants and all pipe infrastructure. Then they charge us to get the water from what we already paid for.

Trade is how people exist and thrive, it's golden rule reciprocation, money exchange is a reasonable way to do this, but government has hijacked us all with inflation, taxes and petty laws so we subsist, while they syphon off all the money for themselves.

I’m not agreeing or disagreeing with the gentleman. However just to be clear. What people are paying for when he says, “a water bill,” is the convenience of not having to walk a half a mile or more to a river, scoop up water for the day and carry it back to your home for use. Not knowing whether that water is safe to drink or not. Transfer and convenience is why we pay a water bill. We pay for the transfer of safe, clean, drinking water and the transfer of brown sewer water away from your home, to be treated. You’re paying for transfer, convenience and safe, clean water. Unless you live in Flint, Michigan then it’s another story.

@505Cali2 I don’t mind paying to have clean water pumped to my house and the dirty water taken away. That has a cost, which is less than the cost associated with treating dysentery.

Beg much? No one on this whole planet deserves anything. Born onto this planet without being asked? The obvious solution is to work enough to afford a gun and a bullet. Yet you flap your face to a camera instead. You don't want a solution. You want others to change.

Quintessential victimhood ignorance. You aren't required to pay anything in a capitalist society, you simply CHOSE to pay it because you WANT the conveniences...you don't pay for water, you're paying for the facilities and services required to deliver clean water inside your home
