The state security should do the need full all these transport companies you people are stressing to be honest it ain't their fault. I'm not saying they can't do better but qe really can't blame them. A ton of times while teavelling and they pass this book or paper to be filled a lot of people don't fill it. U can't blame the transport company. Every transport company has a manifest and passengers are supposed to fill in their details accordingly. If next of kin details are not provided then obviously you'll blame the passengers affected

This is one of importance of proper documentation.
