It shows him in this clip, handing off something to the guy in the blue and white plaid shirt that jumped over the table. I’m guessing Rick handed him whatever he slipped beneath his left armpit after it looked like he was in sync with the shot with whatever was between his fingers. The gunshot actually sounded like it was going through the speakers, in this video.

Frank watches him talk all the time but in this exact moment starts recording the crowd right when Hunter gets on the mic, Frank puts the camera right on Charlie and starts filming with his stupid gay hand on his hip

It’s actually pretty crazy how fast he immediately reacted to move and grab Charlie to help direct him to the ground…. He legit didn’t even lose balance and his hands were on him. In a real life scenario, there’s a natural reaction that catches you totally off guard. He doesn’t diagnose one thing. Not sure if that’s just ridiculous training but even in some historical context and videos…there’s a delay there while everything has to process quickly, Makes it seem like he was anticipating it to get there that god damn fast.
