For many of you this is your platform to break out and build your future dreams. Please do the homework. You have been reacting on social media way too regularly, and beyond a point, when reactions become this frequent, they start losing their bite. You need to come out of this victim mindset that you seem to have developed. The world is not out there to harm you all the time. If you keep reacting to everything that is said or written, it is only going to consume you. The way you are reacting right now is neither helping you nor your immense talent. You know that I love you, and that is precisely why it is painful to see you going through all this. You idolize Shah Rukh Khan. But have you ever seen Shah Rukh Khan reacting publicly in this manner? A lot has happened with him too. When he wants to say something, he often lets a film dialogue do the talking. He chooses his moments and tends to be extremely strategic. Sometimes silence has far greater impact than a hundred reactions. So please, Amaal—switch off. Go on a social media detox. Relax. Focus on your music, your peace and the people who genuinely matter. Your talent should make the noise. Not your social media reactions.

So many people debate and ponder and contemplate their way through life and never do shit … podcasting is very easy to do, costs little and is a wonderful thing to try to do, especially if you go narrow into passion(s) you have … please use this video as a sign that it’s time for you to try and do 10-20 episodes, see how it feels. Many here are trying to find new ways to make social media content, well cutting clips from your podcast will be a sea of content, if nothing else you’ll have some social clips and the memories of trying it and no regret for not, who’s in?

Clint Eastwood on why other people's opinions don't matter: Clint is asked whether he worries more now, or less, about what other people think of him as a person. He says: "I don't really worry too much about that. People have to think what they think. You can't go out and sell some image to them. That would be false to begin with." He continues: "So you just go ahead and do your work and people will form an opinion about you, good, bad or otherwise. It's up to them. It's not anything you can control anyway. So why bother with it? Why worry about it?" Then he lays out the only standard worth measuring yourself against: "If you live your life and you try to do as well as you can for your community, and be helpful, and do the best work you can, be the best mate or parent you can, then that's the best you."

My advice to people: Shut the social media off. Not forever — just give yourself a break. An hour is fine. Two hours, okay. Eight hours is too much and you know it. -Read a book. -Watch a YouTube lecture. -Do something that actually fills you up. And here's the other thing, doubting yourself and feeling pressure is normal. Take a breath. It doesn't mean something is wrong with you. But you have to manifest and get yourself into the right mindset. Read about positive actualization. Think big. Do it consistently and over time things start to shift in ways that surprise you. The first person you have to believe in is yourself and when you start projecting that confidence it becomes habitual. That's when everything changes.
