YouTube version here and in the thread above.

@LongCOVIDPhysio Bookmarked to watch when more awake . I means it’s only 13.25, what can I expect with HPA dysfunction

@LongCOVIDPhysio Based on my personal experience physioterapists are usually more aware of PEM and POTS compared to doctors.

@LongCOVIDPhysio You don't even to go that "far". Try exercising with a low blood sugar, then wish to not get too injured in the following convulsion. This just feels like "well-intentioned" iatrogenics. Physios are burning out on individual treatments. And they don't even get mentioned.

@LongCOVIDPhysio The whole video series looks worth a watch imho. The symptoms one makes me feel far less alone…

@JohnnyA47334786 @LongCOVIDPhysio This is brilliant.

@LongCOVIDPhysio I can't bear to watch it, my son is a runner and he won't listen to anything about covid

@LongCOVIDPhysio Hi, going through my 1st known bout of COVID unfortunately. Reaching out bcoz I have a major tourney in 4wks. Seriously considering dropping out but expecting push back (team sport). Will get labs/tests done when I test -. Is 6wks no exercise the min rest required to avoid LC?
