I've posted it here in its entirety, as well as at We have an incredible nation, the first ever rights-based government in the history of the world in which the people are sovereign. We should appreciate it and, more importantly, love it. But loving requires understanding and then restoring. He realized that for most of his patients surgery didn't help and in fact it often made their problems worse. Over time he observed that the patients who improved did it through lifestyle. This is true in every field of medicine.
