JUST IN: A manhunt is currently underway for Romeo Nance who allegedly killed 8 people in what the local police chief says is "the worst crime scene" he has ever seen. An investigation was launched into Nance on Sunday in Joliet, Illinois after 2 separate shootings. Police set up surveillance at the home linked to Nance's car. When he didn't return, they forced their way into the home to find dead "family members." Two were found in one house and the other five were found in a home across the street. "I’ve been a policeman 29 years, this is probably the worst crime scene I have ever been associated with," said Joliet Police Chief Bill Evans. "They are related. We do believe they are family members," Evans said. Police were first triggered after there was a call about a man bleeding from his head from a gunshot wound. The man, Toyosi Bakare, who was originally from Nigeria, later died. Nance's car was identified which happened to be linked to a separate shooting in Joliet where another man was reportedly shot in the leg. At the moment, the motive for the shootings is unknown.

Everyone supporting Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 should remember that the process is already tainted by these actions of busing people, as happened in Bulawayo. The consultation for Bulawayo was meant for residents of Bulawayo, not for imported crowds designed to manufacture consent. Zimbabwe will remain trapped in a permanent crisis if even the most basic democratic processes are manipulated in this way.
