Farmer Joel Salatin shares a simple way you can help a local farmer thrive. “One of the neatest things a non-farm family can do is patronize a couple of these small farms.” “Be part of that income that enables them to actually be full-time.” “I think there are few things more noble than an actual plan to say I’m going to be part of a farmer’s success.” Joel Salatin

Farmer Joel Salatin just railed against USDA regulations preventing ranchers from selling beef to their own neighbors. This exposes why Trump’s announcement on farmers processing their own meat is a sham. Farmers already can process meat themselves. But they can’t sell it. “If a neighbor… says, ‘I want to come over and get a rib eye steak from you,’ I can’t butcher that animal and carve out a rib eye steak and sell it.” “The only way that anyone in this county can get a rib eye steak from the cow that was born here and raised here is for me to put that animal on a trailer, send him up the interstate to a federal inspected processing facility an hour away… then a couple weeks later, go back up, bring it back here to the farm.” “Now my neighbor can walk across the fence and buy a rib eye steak from me.” Joel Salatin Thomas Massie

Joe Rogan and Woody Harrelson just endorsed regenerative farming and shouted out Joel Salatin, Will Harris and RFK Jr. Harrelson: “The glyphosate is absolutely crazy. We know how toxic and terrible it is, and we’re still using it constantly in industrial farming.” “Over the long haul, the regenerative farmer gains financially and he gains in terms of the soil not turning to s**t.” Rogan: “Thank God there’s people out there like Joel Salatin, who runs Polyface Farms, and Will Harris, who runs White Oak Pastures.” Harrelson: “We have to change the way we farm, because otherwise we’re gonna have just more desertification.” Rogan: “I think more people have that information now than ever before.” “That’s one of the reasons why I’m hopeful, and I think Bobby really does have an idea of how to do this. I hope he’s successful.” Harrelson: “Me too.” Joe Rogan Woody Harrelson Joel Salatin Secretary Kennedy

Twelve years ago, Jeffrey A Tucker was convinced he had nothing to learn from a farmer. Today he believes that Joel Salatin is “all the things that Thomas Jefferson was”: “I stood back in the back as [Joel Salatin] began to talk, and he was railing against the way animals are raised and against the way they're slaughtered and the American food supply. I remember he would say things like: ‘we need to rediscover the chickenness of the chicken’… and this kind of stuff. I didn’t know what this guy's even talking about. Why is this guy even speaking? I couldn't understand it. Now, I'm all in. I just love it. …He reminds me of Thomas Jefferson. He was a great architect—and Joel Salatin is also an architect—kind of a scientist in a way, a great philosopher and writer, but also a farmer. That's what Joel is. He's all the things that Thomas Jefferson was.”

Farmer Joel Salatin just exposed a key reason why beef is so expensive. “The problem is the subsidies to corn and soybeans.” “Half of the soybeans America produces are exported.” “We don’t even use them.” “Almost half the corn we produce goes into ethanol.” “We don’t even eat it.” “Half the alfalfa Americans produce… goes to Japan and Saudi Arabia to feed race horses.” “The average soybean farmer lost $100 an acre last year in 2025 growing soybeans.” “What we need is beef.” “Instead of losing $100 an acre, you make $1,000 an acre.” Salatin says a huge share of our farmland isn’t even growing food, and it’s forcing us to import more and more of the food we eat. Meanwhile, China has set a target of 2030 to “eliminate dependency on imports.” Joel Salatin Polyface Farm

God sees what’s limiting you. He knows the secret struggles, the things you’ve tried to overcome, you want to change but haven’t been able to. He’s going to step in and help you do what you couldn’t do. Listen to this message from Joel! "Winning Private Battles":

Farmer Joel Salatin just sounded the alarm. Billionaires and massive corporations like BlackRock, Vanguard, Monsanto, and Bill Gates are buying up all of America’s farmland. Here’s why this fight will define our children’s future: Salatin: “Half of America’s farmers are 60 years old.” “In the next 15 years, half of all America’s agriculture equity—land, buildings, machinery—is gonna change hands.” “Who’s it gonna go to? Bill Gates, Monsanto, BlackRock, Vanguard?” “Or is it going to be going to a new generation of young, bright-eyed, bushy-tailed entrepreneurial land acquirers?” “We have to allow these thousands of young farmers that I meet every year in America ready to access their neighbors with retail dollars … a seat at the table.” Joel Salatin

He’s right! Joel Salatin hits the nail on the head! I ask you- Are we truly free if a fellow Illinoisan can’t call me up and buy a package of ground beef that I raised, butchered, ground and froze? The government says it needs to intervene in that. I say we DO NOT!!🪓

Big Ag is poisoning our animals, our soil, and our health. I spoke with Joel Salatin about the chemicals hidden in our food, the path to better gut health, and how regenerative farming can help us heal the land. This one fed my spirit—I hope it feeds yours too.
