🚨UK Police Caught Punching Handcuffed Man in the Face - Out of Control? Plain and simple: Multiple officers surround one man on the ground. One cop punches him hard in the face - while he’s already down and reportedly handcuffed behind his back. This is wrong. Police have powers, but they’re not above the law. Uniform doesn’t give a free pass to assault! #TwoTierPolicing

When a family member attempted to cross a barrier to embrace their loved ones, the Ertzaintza (Basque autonomous police) suddenly and shockingly responded with violence. What should have been a moment of relief and familial comfort was interrupted by even more brutality.
