@Verizon @diegoscotti @hansvestberg Does anyone know why your executive offices cannot answer a simple question about equipment returns. Sending confusing emails to customers about equipment return is kind of ridiculous! Can you please ask Maria to reply to the email I sent two days ago!!

@Verizon @diegoscotti would be great if Verizon did not raise rates with zero notice and then make unauthorized changes to ones account! Or did they make the change, who knows their fraud department does not handle FIOS only wireless!!!

@Verizon @diegoscotti @hansvestberg Does Verizon really not care about fraudulent activity on an account?? Bounced around last night and now on phone for 30 minutes and no one knows how to take a fraud report at Verizon!!!!!

@Verizon @diegoscotti @hansvestberg After being on hold with the number the twitter team provided I am being told unauthorized changes to a customers account is not fraudulent activity according to the fraud department!! Time to reach out the MASS AG and see what she thinks!!

@Verizon @diegoscotti @hansvestberg Wow after 30 minutes on hold your manager Mouson transferred call to your automated system. Great work for a communication company! Maybe have them at the office next time instead of home where you can hear kids playing in the background!!

@Verizon @diegoscotti @hansvestberg stay away from Verizon!!! 1st Sabina makes unauthorized changes. Then can do nothing but when she speaks to manger all of a sudden pro rate the account if I cancel. Her manager really should be reaching out to this loyal customer.

@Verizon @diegoscotti @hansvestberg You sent an unsigned letter claiming to be Verizon. No letterhead, no signature. I will consider this junk mail. Stop Sabina from making unauthorized changes to customers accounts. If she was doing her job she would know the issues has been resolved!!

@Verizon @diegoscotti @hansvestberg being a global citizen for Verizon includes adding to the waste on the planet. Today I drop off a fios tv box and I am told to just throw away the plastic remote and electric wires. Oh the Verizon store will not throw them away for you and do not recycle!
