In this instance - the caller genuinely articulates seeing one of these dogmen being hunted by an extremely tall, blonde haired blue eye human wielding a sword shaped similarly to a samurai - in the deep forested wilderness of northern Arizona. Most but not all starseeds are in asleep in light chambers. There are times when the higher self is still active. There can be multiple simultaneous incarnations without a light chamber. Elohim are this powerful.
