💬 glow up tips spiritually not just physically 🌙 I would say, don't think negative . energy is really real. what you say out loud, what you think to yourself, and what you believe in about yourself is energy that is out in the open, the universe takes that and gives it back to you. so if you're like "oh i'm ugly, i hate myself" you know, you look at yourself and you gonna all like "ah i hate the way i look i hate this i hate that" you're gonna be that you know. so don't be a lil bitch, love yourself even if you don't just fake it. and if could give you any tips i'd say spritual shower, look into that.
