Someone looked at me and decided my weight loss must be stalled. I want to talk about what that assumption actually says. It says that if a woman does not look a certain way, she must be failing. It says the goal is to become small enough that strangers feel comfortable with your body. It says your progress is only valid if it is visible and ongoing and pointed toward a destination someone else approved. I have lost 140 pounds in less than a year. That is the equivalent of an adult person gone off my body. I am not stalled. I spent the last couple of months in a deliberate phase of metabolic healing before entering a body recomposition phase. That is not a plateau. That is a plan. And now it is time to build. I am adding the rebounder back. I am adding weights. I am tightening up what was keeping me from the next phase, because progress does not stop just because healing takes time. Metabolic health first, body recomposition second. That was never a detour. That was always the path. The body you are in right now is not a problem to be solved. Mine is healing. Mine is getting stronger. That is the equivalent of an adult person gone off my body. I am not stalled. I spent the last couple of months in a deliberate phase of metabolic healing before entering a body recomposition phase. That is not a plateau. That is a plan. And now it is time to build. I am adding the rebounder back. I am adding weights. I am tightening up what was keeping me from the next phase, because progress does not stop just because healing takes time. Metabolic health first, body recomposition second. That was never a detour. That was always the path. The body you are in right now is not a problem to be solved. Mine is healing. Mine is getting stronger. And where I am in my journey is nobody’s business until I decide to make it that way. Meat. Mindset. Movement. All three. In that order.

bitcoin:native UPDATE My local view on #BTC My plan: 1. We got an impulsive move up from the $62K/$64K support zone (DONE) 2. We hit all the Fibonacci targets (DONE) 3. We stopped at Strong Resistance - $83K (DONE) 4. The key zone is $83K/$85K 5. Scenario one - we get a pullback now, followed by a move up toward the key zone (LOAD) 6. Scenario two - we move straight up into the key zone (X) 7. Long zone 1 - 74к/72к and long zone 2 - 72к/69к This is how I currently see bitcoin:native There are some interesting similarities if we study the 2023 price action. Back then, we got a move up from the 0.23 Fibonacci level, and it was only in March 2023 that we came back to this Fibonacci structure to test the 0.382 level. If we draw a new Fibonacci range, that would correspond to the 0.5 level So my view is that I only see $100K for bitcoin:native next year $ETH and $SOL have already outperformed #BTC, both in percentage terms and on the chart Right now, we have already tested the 0.23 Fibonacci level, but there was no reaction. This means there is a high probability that we move lower, where we could look for long positions targeting $83K+ REMINDER: I warned about the BTC bull trap at $82K, the bounce from $62K, the summer drop, and the SPACE X decline before they even happened. The past year has seen me have a renaissance, in the truest sense… I won’t go into details now but will at some point before long. What has brought so much happiness to my life and those around me this past year has been my falling back in love with sport. Cycling has, and always will be, my number one. Yet I’d forgotten that I simply love sport, not for results but for the sheer joy of doing it, I’d completely forgotten that the health of my mind is intrinsically connected to the health of my body. I’ve rediscovered the love I had for sport that existed before the world of professional cycling took over in the way it did. I’ve been pushing myself and trying new things this past year, indifferent to the results, just out having fun and at times going deeper than I thought I was capable of anymore. Last week I got on a TT bike for the first time in a decade, Factor Bikes built me a bike, I’ve been looking at it for two years and decided it was time to get fitted, getting back on it felt like going home. Anyway, the long and the short of this is that it’s inspired me to create a club to inspire and be inspired. A community for us to share our love for getting out there and doing it, because I’ve realized that although I spend most of my sporting life on my own I derive the most pleasure when feeling part of something. It’s in its early days, I’ve called it Sporting Club CHPT3 aka SCC3, I’d love you to check it out and join. It’s still in its infancy, but I hope it’s going to grow into something that will inspire you as much as me.
