@VRChat @VRChat devs basically said fuck you, deal with it.

clearly this is some desperate effort to make money. they definitely discussed the addition and placement of that new area and bit the bullet. it’s probably cause they realize a very low percentage of players actually buys their virtual currency and uses it.

@VRChat Forcing paid users to interact with what is essentially an advertisement every time they go to access their avatars with the main menu is poor UI/UX design. I doubt this is worth the tiny percentage increase in marketplace profits when compared to user convenience...

@VRChat They're not going to change that anytime soon. It makes sense as they're relying on this as one of their income sources. If anything, they could add customizable UI (including the option for tabs opened by default) for VRC+ users.
