Despite the IRGC being a designated terrorist organization, IRGC agents continue to live in Canada. This morning, I called on the Liberal government to enforce deportations of IRGC operatives in Canada, crack down on regime financing and coordinate sanctions, address gaps in national security laws and terrorism threat levels, establish the Foreign Influence Registry, and stop approving refugee claims without in-person interviews. Canadians deserve stronger action to protect our national security.
