It's time to bridge this disparity and ensure fairness for all! --- A teacher in the central government earns more than one in the state, while their private counterpart struggles—why this inequality? Same post, same responsibility, same service to society—India must demand Same Post, Same Pay! --- Why should a doctor in a state-run hospital earn less than their counterpart in a central facility? Talent and dedication remain the same. India needs to rise for equal pay for equal roles, irrespective of the employer! --- Unequal pay for equal roles is unjust. India must prioritize parity, ensuring same pay for the same post—be it central, state, or private sector. A fair system fosters unity and progress!
