Dear geniuses, writing off bad loan DOESNOT mean that govt does not recover those loans 🙄🙄 Loans written off by banks will remain in the books of banks as unrecovered loans Writing off bad loan is an ACCOUNTING thing to get realistic idea about which loans can be repaid & which can’t There’s no window dressing like in UPA era of phone banking, when loans were made evergreen to make bank health look good & have fraudsters enjoying their ill gotten wealth that they shared with their political bosses who helped them get it Evergreening loans is like FUDGING your medical record But writing off bad loan DOESNOT mean that govt does not recover those loans With Bankruptcy Code, govt has recovered money from wilful defaulters Haven’t you heard Vijay Mallya crying that when he’s supposed to pay back 9000 crores, govt has seized his assets worth 13000 crores ? In fact, govt is seizing even international assets from these fraudsters & don’t forget, most of these loans originated from your era of phone banking 🤨🤨 But why am i wasting my time? Scamsters of Congress need to get their facts right. Banks can recover money from defaulters and in the last 9 years banks have recovered more than 10.16 lakh crores. Raghuram Rajan, ex-RBI governor himself admitted that most of the NPAs were born during the UPA regime.

कांग्रेसियों! देश को भ्रमित करना बंद करो!! बट्टे खाते में डालने का मतलब उधारकर्ता को राहत नहीं है। चूंकि बट्टे खाते में डाले गए ऋण के उधारकर्ता पुनर्भुगतान के लिए उत्तरदायी बने रहते हैं और वसूली की प्रक्रिया जारी रहती है, इसलिए बट्टे खाते में डालने से उधारकर्ता को कोई लाभ नहीं होता है। बैंक विभिन्न उपलब्ध पुनर्प्राप्ति तंत्रों के माध्यम से बट्टे खाते में डाले गए खातों में शुरू की गई वसूली कार्रवाई जारी रखे हुए हैं। वसूली तंत्र में सिविल अदालतों या ऋण वसूली न्यायाधिकरणों में मुकदमा दायर करना शामिल है; वित्तीय संपत्तियों के प्रतिभूतिकरण और पुनर्निर्माण और सुरक्षा हित प्रवर्तन अधिनियम, 2002 के तहत कार्रवाई; दिवाला और दिवालियापन संहिता, 2016 के तहत राष्ट्रीय कंपनी कानून न्यायाधिकरण में मामले दाखिल करना; बातचीत के जरिये समाधान/समझौते के माध्यम से; और एनपीए की बिक्री के माध्यम से। पिछले पांच वित्तीय वर्षों के दौरान बट्टे खाते में डाले गए ऋण खातों से कुल ₹1.32 लाख करोड़ से अधिक की वसूली हुई है। एनपीए (गैर-निष्पादित परिसंपत्तियां), जिसमें चार साल पूरे होने पर किए गए पूर्ण प्रावधान भी शामिल हैं, को बैंक की बैलेंस शीट से राइट-ऑफ के रूप में हटा दिया जाता है।आरबीआई के दिशानिर्देशों और उनके बोर्ड द्वारा अनुमोदित नीति के अनुसार, बैंक अपनी बैलेंस-शीट को साफ करने, कर लाभ प्राप्त करने और पूंजी को अनुकूलित करने के लिए एनपीए को बट्टे खाते में डालते हैं।
